Afterward, the owner tried to claim I was "confused" and changed my appointment to the next day -- after I had already shown up for the original date. My booking confirmation clearly shows October 6th at 3:00 PM, which proves otherwise. Trying to alter the date after the fact is simply dishonest. If a business can't be transparent or take responsibility for a simple appointment, I definitely wouldn't trust them to perform a medical or cosmetic procedure like teeth whitening. Integrity and professionalism matter -- and this experience showed neither.
