Every time we've called him, he's been reliable, honest, and has done great work. What I appreciate most is that he actually cares about helping people. A good example is when I bought a dash cam and realized I had no idea how to install it. Instead of telling me it wasn't something he did, he took the time to figure it out and installed it for me. It came out great, and I really appreciated that he was willing to go the extra mile. Because I've had such good experiences with him, I've recommended him to several businesses and contractors I work with. They ended up hiring him to maintain their truck fleets because they were impressed with his work, professionalism, and reliability. He's always been straightforward with pricing, explains what's actually wrong with the vehicle, and never makes me feel like he's trying to sell me repairs I don't need. It's hard to find a mechanic you can trust, especially one who comes to you, but Fern is definitely one of them. If you're looking for a mobile mechanic who's knowledgeable, dependable, and genuinely cares about his customers, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fern. He's earned my trust and my family's trust, and he'll continue to be the first person I call whenever we need work done on our vehicles.

Where to start... maybe I am an odd person out here, but... this experience was not very amazing…read more - Not one "estimate" was any where near accurate. - 30 Day rental car coverage lapsed because of delayed estimates, wrong parts, missing parts, extra inspections, etc. (Blame placed on insurance company and dealer) - I guess the extra rental fees would have been taken care of if I would have rented a car through them, which was never mentioned when I did my consultation. Thanks Mario. - No assistance or advice on how to recoup out of pocket rental fees of $800 when I picked up the car. (Maybe I should have asked, but I feel that after I had mentioned that I was paying out of pocket on each "progress" update for 2 weeks... Mario should have mentioned something out of courtesy) Bottom line, if the rental car company tells you that they feel bad because the time taken seemed ridiculous and that they will speak on your behalf to whoever they need to in an attempt to help recoup out of pocket cost... there's something not right. This company does a good job of getting you locked in with offering tow service, dazzling you with their random super car collection, free water, and tagging up your car all over with yellow marker to make it awkward not to commit in the "commitment-free" initial consultation, but... everything after that seems to fall apart. You might have one of the better experiences, but make sure your particular insurance company lists them as an authorized repair shop. Otherwise, they cannot help you with issues that may arise. I wanted my car to be repaired right of course and that takes care and time, but a simple realistic finish date after I kept asking would have helped me figure out the rental car situation. What I got was "Monday, Tuesday"... maybe "Thursday, Friday"... maybe "the following Monday, Tuesday"... "estimated". This in the same 5 minute conversations. And going to the dealer would have cost 3 to 4 times more Mario? So... what ended up being the final repair cost that kept getting added to would have been like 10 grand more than the car cost new? Lol! Ok

Hands down, an amazing experience from start to finish. I had my 2017 Toyota Corolla recall paint…read moredone through this manufacturer-certified collision center in Rancho Dominguez, and they truly went above and beyond. I never even had to bring my car in -- I called them, and they towed the car from me and returned it once the work was completed. I worked directly with Wendy Garcia, who was polite, professional, and extremely understanding throughout the entire process. They originally quoted a 1-2 week timeframe, but my car was finished in under a week. The paint job looks absolutely beautiful -- flawless and like new. What impressed me most was that no extra miles were put on my car, which was important to me since I'm selling it. They towed for pick up and return, so helpful. If you're looking for a high-quality paint job, I highly recommend this place. True five-star service all around.

Got my AC fixed on my Chevy at Swiftgirl A/C Auto, and honestly, they did an awesome job. Super…read morechill , really careful with the work, and you can tell they actually care about what they're doing. They figured out the problem fast, kept me in the loop, and the AC is blowing cold again like brand new. I left feeling super satisfied and taken care of. If you need AC work done, this spot is solid. Definitely recommending them to friends.

BEWARE: DISHONEST; WILL DESTROY YOUR WIRING TO TEMPORARILY "FIX" YOUR AC…read more I came in April 2023 looking for a trustworthy shop to fix my AC. It would go out intermittently and not blow cold air. The owner told me that it was a "simple relay issue" and presented my car back to me with it blowing ice cold air. He told me to keep the AC always on for the first couple of weeks just to help the airflow. Since that time, I continued to have issues where the AC would still go out and stop working. I also inherited more issues: cold vapor of air flowing through the vents even when AC is not turned on. White flakes sometimes came through, as if it was snowing in my car. Unfortunately, I did not have money to keep taking it back to get fixed, so I deal with it. Fast forward to 2026, I take my car to Seiko's auto shop in Monrovia to finally address the AC issue before another summer season hits. To my surprise, they let me know that the previous shop I took my car to (SWIFTGIRL AC AUTO) has completely jerryrigged the wiring. They had my AC compressor set to always be turned on even when it's not actually on (now the owner's "airflow" instruction makes sense!... load of BS!!) The temperature of the AC was reading as 15 degrees when normally should be at 40 degrees. This explains the cold vapor of air and snowflakes. It was so cold that it made an ice block in my car and prevented airflow from coming through. I had to pay thousands to get this problem diagnosed, re-do ALL the wiring that Swiftgirl messed up, and then pay more to finally get to the bottom of the original cause of the AC problem. DO NOT trust this shop!!!! If you don't know much about cars, they will not be the ones to do honest work! THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. They will purposely mess up your car and give you a temporary fix to make it seem like it's working just to take your money. Shame on this business and everyone associated with it. Anyone who has recently gotten their AC fixed by Swiftgirl, I HIGHLY recommend to take it somewhere else and double check your wiring before you end up with a bigger problem like I did.
