I came here and got cut by their electrical drill. I wasn't even getting an acrylic set or anything with tips. I was just getting simple polish painted on my fingers. I've also came here multiple times before, and they have drawn blood. I don't think they need to be using an electrical drill on nails for people who don't want acrylic. The lady was drilling my cuticles and over them on the sides. She also cut my skin around my toe. A lot of their chairs on the inside are very dirty and stained. I wouldn't recommend coming here unless you're fine with being cut. read more

I'm from out of town and needed a quick gel mani while visiting relatives. I was driving by in Herkimer and saw this salon , thought I'd try it. Walked in without an appointment, was greeted nicely by staff and taken right back to a chair after picking out a color. Nail tech was very friendly. My sister-in-law met me there and they let her sit right next to me for her mani. We both finished around the same time and I asked for a random design on each ring finger. The nail tech did a beautiful job! So happy with the color and designs. Prices are very competitive, would definitely return! read more

I really loved the service. I'm very picky about the way I get my nails done and they were very patient with all of my request. We (my husband and myself) were greeted when we walked in and it wasn't one of those forces greetings they were truly happy to see us even though it was our first time here. After letting the guy know that we would like to have pedicures done, he told me to pick a color. We waited a few minutes for the chairs to be ready, and the the relaxation started. These chairs have a seat option that is a bit unusual. In other nail places I have been to the seat will either fold up on the side to hug you legs or it will vibrate. This chair hugged my legs but them it has a bump that would come up right in the middle of my butt!!! Totally weird!! The lady that did my toes (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) did a really great job. She asked if I wanted a design, I said yes, then she asked if I wanted black and sliver or white and silver. I wanted a cute basic design and that's totally what she gave me. I will definitely be back!! read more

I was supposed to get my eyebrows waxed, instead she waxed my forehead the wax was super hot- and she did a horrific job. I believe she wasn't certified and my skin is on fire. Horrible. Nail job was ok eyebrows done, I wouldn't recommend it to ANYONE read more

2 days since my nails been done all of them are breaking, the acrylic at the bottom is rising up like my nails weren't glued on right ! one already popped off. My friends manicure melted off because they used heat to dry her regular nail polish instead of the fan. . Which all sums up to the WORST experience ever! Worst pedicure I have ever had!!! Without asking, he cut my nails down to the quick and barely filed them. They now have jagged edges. He then paid absolutely no attention to the cuticle at all. I had to remind him to buff the nail. I literally had to go home and remove the polish because it was all over the place and only covered half of some nails. He clearly had no clue. I used to only go to Luxury Nails but I will NEVER go back. I will find somewhere new once my nails grow back. Beyond disappointed. read more
