I showed Thomas two pictures and told him to choose which one he wanted to do (I'm extremely indecisive) and boy did he deliver! No hesitation of what to do and not one time did I question his ability to do them correctly. It was such a relief to find someone who can deliver a quality manicure with gel dip, FINALLY! I've also came here multiple times before, and they have drawn blood. I don't think they need to be using an electrical drill on nails for people who don't want acrylic. The lady was drilling my cuticles and over them on the sides. She also cut my skin around my toe. A lot of their chairs on the inside are very dirty and stained. She dismissed me and my group of friends, was passive aggressive and then refused to service us because we were disappointed with her attitude and behavior, which we vocalized to the owner, hoping we could receive service from someone else or improve service for future customers. Tina and the owner even told us as customers that "we might not get what we want", and to sum it up, "since we know everything to do it ourselves, since we're professionals."My friends and I were unsatisfied with her waxing/nails. I'm paying you for your services, I'd hope that I'd be able to get the service I'm paying for. But Tina made it very clear that she wasn't receptive to what we wanted as customers and that it was her way or no way.
