It's unclear how this company is still in business given the absolutely awful reviews. My wife and I were in a hurry to book a limo and, much to the chagrin of our future selves, took this company because they charged $50 less than a competitor. Here's a list of the negative things that occurred in the time I was doing business with them: 1. On our wedding day, the office admin, Courtney, called me at 2:30pm to say that the limo we ordered wasn't available because the AC was broken. Never fear...there was a party bus. Which we didn't want. But okay...too late. 2. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was pleased to see the bus there. I met the driver - who was high AF - and was promptly told I needed to fork over $200 in cash as a "driver's fee." Not only had I not been told about this, but when I called Luxury (and talked to Courtney), she said it was standard. 3. When I walked into the bus to inspect it, I was greeted by...a total lack of air conditioning. On a 90-degree day, this wasn't going to be acceptable. The driver said he'd work on it, but no new vehicle came, and I eventually ended up talking to the GM - Ali - who informed me there was nothing that could be done...there was not another vehicle. (So all the guests ended up driving themselves.) I told Ali I'd call him on Monday so we could get the refund processed. 4. That was June 24. After a phone call with Ali, who passed me to the owner - Sam - who passed me back to Ali - both of whom promised a refund - everyone ghosted me. I had the office number and left messages, and I had the cellphones of both Ali and Sam - and no calls or texts were returned for a month. By July 20, I was done. Because there were two different charges - the deposit and the remainder of the cost - I had to dispute the former with Venmo and the second with American Express. Both were thankfully approved, and we ultimately received our money back - but no thanks to this joke of a company that deserves to perish in flames of bad reviews, terrible customer service, and a near-total lack of personal and business ethics. read more

How is this place still in business?!? My friend purchased a party bus from this place for her wedding (Aug 12, 2017). THREE HOURS before the ceremony they called and said the bus broke down and that they would send an Escalade. The Bride tried to explain that she had a large wedding party and that wouldn't work. The representative for the company was rude, unsympathetic and told my friend that's all they could do and if that's not good enough they can refund her the money with thin 3-5 business days. We booked for a 30+ passenger for my daughter wedding. We got a smaller bus that fit only 20 people. the driver did not know his assignment and came to the wrong address at first. I received a call from my daughter that the bus had a flat tier in the middle of the freeway that was around 5 pm. I had to leave the wedding to go pick her up and my son in law. I asked for a half of the money for refund as of today I did not receive anything. we had to send multiple cars to pick up the groomsmen and bridesmaid. It was a horrible experience. I called this place desperate for a limo to take me and my friends to canada after a communication mixup with another limo company. I spoke to a man named Lenny, and he was very nice and very accommodating at first. I then booked with their company, after doing so i checked their yelp reviews and a lot of them warned to not book with a man named LENNY i contacted lenny and explained to him that having this limo was very important, and he reassured me that everything was going to be fine. Like other reviews, if I could give zero stars I would. A friend of mine had a reservation booked for a limo this past weekend. We were waiting at his house to be picked up at 9PM. 10PM came and went and still no driver arrived. We tried calling the emergency number we were given and reached someone initially but after reaching someone and being told the limo was on the way, 11PM came around and still no limo. Tried calling again and couldn't get in contact with anyone at the company. The limo never arrived and the reservation we had at a local nightclub was forfeited. Our entire night ruined, not only did we lose the money spent for a reservation at the nightclub but lost the money from the limo reservation. A spokesman for the company told my friend he would receive a refund in 48hrs. The reasoning was a conversation filled with multiple excuses as to what happened. I wish I would have read reviews before I got this service. Last night was my daughters prom. I ordered a charger limousine for my daughter, from 5pm until 7pm. I received a call at 4:20 PM I was told the charger was sounding funny, and that because of the noise it was making they were offering me an upgrade to a Cadillac Explorer. I asked, confused, is that a limousine? I wasn't sure how it looked, I was just confused. I was told it will seat up to 6 people. So I agreed because I was told it was an upgrade. It wasn't an upgrade, it was downgrade. I ordered an limousine and received a truck. My daughte was supposed to have her date and another couple with her. It was ridiculous! 2 couples dressed up was not going in that truck. I call luxury limousine, I was put on hold and hung up on. Once I was able to speak to the owner, he just over talked me and told me it was what I ordered. A truck was no where close to what I ordered! I tried to explain the problem an the owner offer to tell the drive to just leave if I wasn't happy. I asked can't you do better then a truck? I have a truck I could have drove her in a truck! It is 97 degrees out and they sent a limo for my sister's wedding that had NO air conditioning and a driver who said he "Didn't know how to turn on the air". This company was a disaster - they did fine picking up & transporting the wedding party, but they were an hour late back to the hotel to transport other guests. At 40 min. late we started putting people in cabs so they could get to the reception at St. Clare dock- 35 min away. The boat had to wait & leave almost an hour & half late. Worse they never came back to pick us up when the boat docked - it took over 2 hours to get everyone into cabs for return to the hotel. The cab rides to & from were expensive! Further the boat crew had to clean up so there was nowhere to sit, and there were 2 grandmas 85 years old who had to just stand around & 3 children who went to sleep on the floor! I wish I could give this company ZERO stars. This past weekend was my best friends wedding. The bus arrived approx. 30 minutes late to pick up the girls to take them to the church. The bus was NOT what my friend reserved. It had snakeskin leather, a stripper pole inside and it was NOT cleaned from its last use. The driver, although had the address/directions already provided, made 3 wrong turns somehow in the short 5 mile commute to the church. We arrived late. After dropping off the girls, the bus was supposed to go back to pick up the men. This did not happen due to timing, and the Groom and his groomsmen all had to pile in cars and vans to get them to the church in time. So the ceremony came and went, and as we piled back into the bus, the driver had the nerve to ask for his $90 tip! What! The night isn't even halfway through, and you've done nothing right! After the church we went off site to take outdoor pictures before going to the reception hall. Well, the bus DIED. Failed to start back up. Coincidentally, the driver's phone also DIED so we had to personally call the owner, SAM for help. When on the phone, he kept saying he couldn't "hear us" and altogether hung up. No new bus was called to get us. YES, guests at the wedding had to come get us to take us to the hall! The bus driver even came with us since he would have been stranded, and he sat outside all night waiting for his company to come get him. He was there waiting till 12 am. We hired them for our wedding April 21, 2012. The driver that picked us up Kevin was awesome. However, at the end of the night they forgot about us and never showed back up. It cost m wedding guest over $800 in cab rides to get home. Sam the owner/manager won't return my calls or even acknowledge my wife or me. Our Wedding party ended at 11:30 the last of our guest finally got taxis home by 1:30am... It was a horrible experience and one you should have to go through. PLEASE BEWARE...I really should have believed the reviews. I went against my better judgement, I even called this horrible business to make sure they would have enough time from their day booking to our evening booking at 6:45pm. We had 80 out of town guests staying between two hotels. At 7:15pm the shuttle still had not shown up to our first hotel...I noticed I had a missed call from an unknown number (around 6:45pm), the driver. I called immediately and he proceeded to tell me he was in Ohio and would not be able to pick up my guests till after 9:30pm. As you can imagine, I was SHOCKED and began panicking considering our party started at 7pm and 80 guests were missing. I asked to speak to the manager/owner immediately...basically he told me there was nothing they could do and that they double booked. I ended up having to find 30 different ubers/lyfts on a Saturday evening at 7:30pm...next to impossible. Thankfully after about 1.5hrs of scrambling all 80 guests arrived. I told the owner they needed to get to my home regardless because we booked the shuttle till 2am and needed to transport everyone back to their hotels after the party concluded. We used the shuttle from 9:30pm till 2:30am but I also ended up paying an additional $800 in uber costs. I expected to be refunded at least $800 to cover the extra I incurred from Luxury Limousine's blatant disregard to our contract. However, I was first offered $300 and I said that is not enough for the damages your company caused me nor does it cover the $800 out of pocket I paid in addition. I went from paying $1280 total to paying over $2000 all due to their lack of professionalism and disregard for a client. The owner told me to f**k off and that I would never hear from him again. This is after he tried to use the mechanical breakdown as an excuse. I told him to stop bullsh***ing with me and own his lies. At this point, I don't want this to ruin what was otherwise an amazing evening for my partner and I. I just want other potential folks to read this and NEVER HIRE THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I am reaching out to the BBB and considering small claims court because this company is a bunch of SCAM ARTISTS...every single one of them from Nadar & Tony to whoever else I spoke to. If I could give negative 5 stars I absolutely would, they don't give you what you pay for. They are rude and do not know how to operate a business. Cleanliness you can throw right out the duct taped windows they offer, from ashes to grime on the interior to rust and filth to the exterior. No sanitation between parties, decorations deflated and left from an obvious previous customer. The bus was late, not easily contactable and terrible customer service, save yourself the hassle besides it's not like you get a good deal with them anyway. Even if they offered a service for a penny I wouldn't spend it with this company. They are terrible, unsafe, not clean and I'm not sure that they even meet MDOT standard nor do I think the driver was certified to drive this bus as it seemed like a first day on the job for em, shoot first time in the state as they had no sense of direction and needed guidance to get us where we needed to be, of course late at each destination. I booked 2 limos from them for my wedding, and I got such a good deal from Joe I decided to also book a limo for my bachelorette party. Here's what happened: The night of my bachelorette party, the driver showed up 45 minutes late to pick us up with no call and NO apology. He knocked on the door, stared at us, then gestured with his hand that the limo was behind him. No words. The whole night, the driver had no smile, was very rude, and barely talked to us. He didn't know where he was going because the vehicle had no navigation system. My guests had to give him directions instead of enjoying the ride! Because he was late picking us up and didn't know where he was going, by the time we got to the club they wouldn't let us in, it was too late. My guests were so upset. He didn't even drop us off or pick us up at the door, we had to walk around to find him. He also didn't know his way back home. There was also some garbage left from the previous party in our limo. After multiple calls to complain, Rima gave me a $300 credit towards one of my wedding limos and PROMISED my wedding would be perfect. SHE WAS VERY WRONG and I should've learned my lesson. When the range rover limo came to pick up me and my bridesmaids, my dad noticed he had very low air in one tire. He made the driver go fill it up. Other than that, that limo was fine. We got a party bus for the whole wedding party. This was NOT the party bus I ordered, this was a SHUTTLE BUS!!! WTF!! It was disgusting, no air conditioning for the passengers is my guests were sweating profusely and complaining. Instead of having a bar on the bus like there should have been, all they had was a portable COOLER. We told the driver to follow our photographer to the park to take our photos. While driving there, the door of the bus looked as if it were about to fly open at any moment. He kept flooring the gas and slamming on the brake where we were all flying back and forth. He even asked my brother in law for a Gatorade out of the cooler!! We soon realized he PASSED the park and wasn't following the photographer anymore, and didn't bother to speak up. By the time the driver turned the bus around and got us there, we were a total of 45 minutes behind schedule. By the time we got to the banquet hall, the guests that had been waiting were irritated and the dinner was cold. We had to change around cutting the cake and the first dances so we could eat right away. Again, this driver was RUDE. When I had called to complain about my bachelorette, they told be they were sending they're BEST driver.... If this is their best driver I'm very worried about this company. They ruined my wedding. My wedding was October 12th, 2013. Since then I have called them approximately 30 times, and this issue still has yet to be resolved. Every time I call, they ask me what happened, take down my name and number, and promise they will call me back. They never call me back. It is very frustrating explaining all this over 30 times to them every time I call. No one ever calls me back and all I got was a $100 refund when I spent over $800 to get the worst service ever. I spoke to the owner Sam, and he said he would get back to me but never did. He offered me a credit towards another limo service from them... Why would I want the same horrible experience again? Absolutely awful!!!! Our driver was kind and apologetic however let me tell you what an awful company with trashy cars this is. My stretch escalade showed up on time, however when my bridesmaids went to put the flowers and our things inside it was soaking wet. They had to get towels from my mom to dry off the inside. They tried to hide it from me and my cousin called the company to send a replacement vehicle. The sun roof was leaking and it was pouring down rain on my wedding day. My cousin told them that we would be in church for an hour and expect someone to come fix it or better yet replace the window. When we got out of church, someone came to fix it alright, they used packing tape to seal the window closed. Once we were all in the limo, we found that the air conditioning didn't work (it was September and 80 degrees) the radio also did not work. The driver said we could Bluetooth our phone which didn't work and it sounded like the speakers were blown. I had a charger so we tried to plug into the USB which also did not work. We played music from only a phone speaker, that was easy for all 18 people to hear. When getting out of the limo to take pictures we found that the backs of the seat were falling apart and the speaker in the door was disgusting . Of course the sun came out after the rain it was hot a humid now we had no windows and no air. When my husband called to complain they said their customer service would call back in 24-48 hours, we are still waiting and it's been a week and a half. DO NOT USE THEM. We read a million reviews prior to booking and everyone has good and bad, however since Luxury does not feel the need to even return a phone call, I have to question their professionalism . My sister-in-law booked Luxury Limo back in January at a bridal show for her wedding that took place in June. The bus she booked at the bridal show was not the bus she got. The bus showed up dirty and disgusting and not the one she was promised when she put her deposit down. The driver made multiple wrong turns even though he had the directions and this made the bride and bridesmaids late to the church and of course, a domino effect started because he then did not have time to turn around and pick up the groom and groomsmen. They had to find transportation to the church at the last minute!! A well prepared business would have researched the area and timed it out. This should not have been an issue between Livonia and Northville. As guests exited the church they were greeted by the limo bus in idle spewing out black stinky exhaust. In fact, we could smell the horrible exhaust in the lobby area of the church. They bridal party (including my son, the ring bearer) boarded the bus and the driver asked for his tip...ummmm...the day isn't even over and he hasn't done anything to show that he deserves the tip so far. We understand that it was not the driver's fault that Luxury Limo sent him with the worst bus, but come on guy, the bride and groom should be able to enjoy a little bit of wedded bliss before you ask them for money for a crap job! While the bridal party was getting their photos taken at the park between the ceremony and reception the bus was idling and continuing to pollute the air with the black smoke. A few of the groomsmen were taking photos and videos of the disaster to document it. I was more concerned about my son (and unborn baby) and the other ring bearer and flower girl breathing it in. The driver ended up turning the bus off which I didn't think much about, but turns out that was the worst decision. When the bridal party boarded the bus to head to the reception the bus WOULD NOT START! My husband and I drove separately and my 9 month pregnant self needed to get to the reception hall, so we left before the bridal party got back on the bus. When we got to the reception hall we discovered that the bus was broken down and guests of the wedding were gearing up to go to the park to pick up the bridal party and caravan them to the hall. It was a ll a disaster and it is so sad that the bride and groom had to deal with the frustration and headache on their wedding day. We used this limo service (which was not my choice) for my friend's Bachelorette Party this past weekend in Grosse Pointe Park/downtown Detroit. Although the driver was super nice and apologetic, he showed up an hour and a half AFTER our dinner and we didn't end up going to any of the bars on our scheduled route because the lines outside of the places got too long as the night went on. Needless to say, that left me, the host of the night, COMPLETELY embarrassed and I'm still mortified 3 days later. The reason why he showed up so late was because he said something was wrong with the limo and that he had to go back to Southfield (I think) to change vehicles. My issues with this are: 1) We had items on that ride. I really don't need a stranger touching anybody's things. Luckily, nothing was lost, and 2) why wasn't I notified sooner that this had to be done? I received one phone call, which I missed but called back one minute later only to be directed to voicemail. Our driver didn't try to call me back but I called back a few minutes later and finally got him. Cups were to be provided however when we got on our ride, I saw only a few here and there inside the cup holders. It actually looked like they were never removed from the last ride. Also, I was not informed of the additional $120 "drivers fee" on top of what was originally contracted. I was only told that I would be in charge of the tip that night which I was ready for. Why did the company not inform anyone about this ahead of time? And one more thing, they don't respond to emails, you're better off calling. Apparently they're stuck in the 90s. At this point, I do not blame the driver for any of the issues because again, he was very kind and apologetic, but I do put the company at fault. Let's see..last year my friends and I rented a party bus for our homecoming through A DIFFERENT COMPANY, the whole situation was disaster, the bus was late, they replaced it with a mini van and 2 broken limos, the drivers were new, we had to split up our group, etc,etc. After this stressful endeavor we were assured that booking a party bus through "Luxury Limousine" for this year's senior homecoming would yield none of those problems! My friends father booked the whole thing, a forty person party bus to arrive at 4:30, well our luck, it arrived past 6 o'clock! We were extremely late to our dinner reservation and waited over an hour in a half in a parking lot! Not to mention we were driven to the dinner reservations by our parents so we could squeeze in a bite to eat before the dance since the bus was so late. Therefore, the father waiting for the bus rode it to the restaurant to make sure it was there to take us to the dance. After eating, we all piled onto the bus that had NO AC! Imagine 40 of us squeezed into a bus that was 95°, we arrived to the dance drenched in sweat! Our plan was to get our moneys worth and drive around town to use the bus and what it had to offer, but the heat was so unbearable we reported directly to our ending spot immediately after the dance. Overall we had yet again another party bus disaster, after trying our very best to find a company that could simply show up on time and provide us with a decent, fully functioning bus. I definitely regret not reading these reviews prior to booking. We were in a hurry trying to cut corners and book something for the very next day. Haste makes waste for sure. The driver was on time but was extremely rude about his tip. He actually demanded $60 from my sister in cash as if this was the agreement. It was not. The agreement was to pay $250 for two hours and to tip the driver accordingly. My husband and I both work on tips (server and masseuse) and did not need him to school us on how to tip. We also don't think that the tip he was demanding was warranted. Why on earth would we tip him over 20% especially after being so rude?! The car that picked us up was in disrepair. I had my wedding on 7/20/19. I reserved the Rolls Royce and party bus. Long story short, they double booked the Rolls so my wife and I didn't get to leave the wedding in it because it left. My wife only rode from being picked up to the church and she said that it reeked of marijuana. The party bus was old and raggedy, smelled like weed, and had gnats on it. Only the radio worked therefore we weren't able to listen to our selected music. To top it off, the driver tried to sell my wedding party weed. I wish I read the reviews before having this so called business provide the limo for my wedding day. They're anything but LUXURY. They don't deserve a one star.. My husband rented a 2015 Range Rover limo, they sent us a random old Mercedes limo that was more like a hot sauna. I had to sit there suffocating without my bridal party because no one wanted to be sweating in their dresses/suits. The driver was apologizing for no AC. Then unexpectedly to make things worse, at our photo shoot location they sent us an old rusty smelly Escalade that was even hotter than the first limo they sent with broken speakers too. We had a limo bus for a wedding party and absolutely no A/C!! It is July and it was 95 degrees!! I would not recommend this company at all. Do your self a favor and find another company!!! We chose luxury because it's known in Metro Detroit. Apparently we made a huge mistake!!! Stay away!!!! read more

The limo buss is so old and no air condition I highly don't recommend!!! The bus driver was great but that was it.

I would not recommend using this company in the future. They arrived almost an hour late to a night out. TV did not work either so had to listen to playoff game on the radio. Terrible customer service. read more

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I wish I could give no stars but I can't. Booked a limo and tried to cancel much ahead of time. They never returned my calls or emails and told me they wouldn't refund my deposit. When I asked to speak with the owner (Sam Z) he became abusive on the phone and charged the remainder of the charge (that was a day away from the event) on my credit card. Luckily my credit card intervened and refunded all charges. Run far far away. read more

A Luxury Limousine driver hit my parked Rx 350 Lexus downtown Detroit September 7, 2017 in the middle of the afternoon. Even after an eyewitness asked the driver if he was just going to hit the car and leave he did just that. The eyewitness left a note on my car. I filed a police report and called and reported the incident to Luxury Limousine's management. They admitted the driver hit my Lexus and now no one will return my calls. My insurance company is going to pursue the company for damages. The management has no integrity. I am not surprised that their ratings are horrible. This company should not be allowed to provide service in our awesome city. This should be addressed by Mayor Duggan and the city council. read more
