I arranged for a car service for an executive. After researching several companies in the area I found this company to be the best option & they proved that they are the best by living up to their great reviews. There were no hidden fees, the cost was great. The driver was on time, professional & courteous. In a hurry to catch a flight a cell phone was accidentally left in the car. They checked the car right away, confirmed it was found & made arrangements to get the phone returned ASAP. The owner went out of his way to immediately go ship the phone next day. DET Elite provided a great service for our recent trip requiring transport to and from DTW. We received a quick response to our inquiry with a very affordable quote. Our driver, Will, was very accessible by text/phone and confirmed our pick up and drop off schedule to assure us that we would be on time. Our return flight arrived significantly earlier than scheduled and when I powered up my phone to let him know that, he had already contacted me that he was aware of our early arrival. DET Elite handled all of our transportation for Parent's Weekend at UMich. We made late plans and couldn't get a hotel in Ann Arbor, so we decided to stay at the airport and use the car service for our transportation back and forth. Using DET Elite was very convenient and probably cost less than Uber surge pricing on a very busy weekend.
