We have used Will twice now for transportation and will continue to do so in the future. We found him when we needed to travel to Frankenmuth from the Detroit area and had a hard time finding anyone willing to make that drive on a Saturday night. Will was up for the drive and provided us with an excellent experience. His vehicles are clean, comfortable and well maintained. I am a person who gets car sick easily and found his driving to be excellent and safe at all times. We've used him for an airport pickup as well and he was on time, assisted with luggage, and communicated perfectly before and on the day of pickup. When our flight was cancelled he accommodated a last minute change without any issues at all which really ease the stress of an anxiety provoking situation. I would highly recommend him for any of your transportation needs! read more

5 stars and more! I am writing this on behalf of a good friend who is not yet a "Yelper" and shared their experience with me. Will whom I see is mentioned in at least 2 of the other 9 reviews this company has was simply amazing!! He was prompt, courteous, and went above and beyond to accommodate me and make the ride a wonderful experience. I reached out on the same day I needed a car from a business trip to the airport and without hesitation Will instantly set up the order and assured me the car would be on on time. Will picked me up himself, the car was clean, the 1 1/2 hour ride was AWESOME and I felt pampered. I could not ask for more and being from NYC I know first hand that a cab, Lyft, or Uber ride can be a nightmare if you select the wrong company or unfortunately get the wrong driver. I will only use DET Elite Transportation the next time I am in the area. I highly recommend them and especially Will for his courtesy and for making my experience a great one. I wish them the best and hope their business will thrive. read more

As someone who travels quite often for work and pleasure, I highly recommend DET. The car is clean and well stocked with water and mints. The 2023 Escalade is comfortable and beautiful. What a fantastic driver. Will is safe, prompt and professional. I have used his service multiple times, for me personally, and also while traveling with my two little girls. He is helpful with everything from retrieving airport bags to stopping for food after a long day of travel. He always makes sure we have what we need. I highly recommend using this car service for anything from an airport run to a night out on the town. read more

I had a great experience from the beginning with Will. He responded promptly to my inquiry when I reached out on Yelp. He sent a courtesy text the day before and before when he was on his way. I had a very early flight this morning and was picked up Will in an immaculate vehicle. He helped me with my bags, opened my door, and was a great conversationalist. He had everything set up from a charger for my phone to jolly ranchers and mints. I will absolutely be using DET Elite again because of Will! Thank you so much for the kind service and trusted driving. read more

I searched google for a reputable car service to pick me up from Detroit International. From the beginning DET Elite was prompt responsive and an absolute pleasure. This wonderful service continued from the day before my flight, with text reminders, more texting from Will introducing himself as my driver, him texting that he sees my flight is on time and where he will be waiting for me. Will met me exactly where he said was an absolute pleasure from baggage claim to my destination. Will took my bags, the car was warm and ready, there was water and a snack in the car waiting. Will is a kind person who is family oriented and an absolute professional in this field. I felt safe and so grateful to have found DET Elite. I would recommend this company to everyone. Thank you for a pleasant and safe transfer, Will. I appreciate you. read more

Will is outstanding. My husband Kevin and I have used this service many times when we come to the Detroit area. He is always punctual (often a few minutes early), communicative, friendly and helpful. The cars are exceptionally clean and well maintained. Beyond exceptional service! The gentlemen was quick. Efficient and professional rates were competitive to others and the SUV was clean and cozy. Driver was on time and quite nice for it being a 3am pick-up. I'd definitely use him again and refer him to others it's a nice piece of mind! Thanks! read more

Can't really explain how fantastic DET Elite Transportation, their services, communication, and execution is!! Will is a gem and kept in touch with me after our initial conversation to get my elderly parents to DTW. He even went as far to make sure they had their wheelchairs and luggage at the check in counter. He kept in touch with me via text the day before pickup, for the whole duration of the ride and after. I could not have had more peace of mind. Cannot thank you enough! Will only use DET Elite for any transportation needs! This company cares, is safe, clean, and provides a service that is much needed during these pandemic times! THANK YOU! read more

I sent an inquiry at 10:30 pm by requesting an instant quote and I had a reply within an hour. We were flying into Detroit the next day with luggage and an 80 lb tuba in it's flight case. Our driver, Will, kept in communication with us via text about our flight time and met us at baggage claim. Will helped with our luggage and the instrument. The Suburban was immaculate with refreshments and phone chargers. I really can't say enough about the owner/driver, Will. He is professional and courteous and takes the service he provides very seriously. He goes above and beyond the service that other drivers provide. Prices were fair and reasonable. We were able to pay via Venmo, very quick and easy! We were so pleased with our experience, we booked DET Elite for the return trip and had the same exemplary service on the way back to the airport the next day. I would not hesitate to recommend DET Elite Transportation. It is top notch, without question!! We will contact Will whenever we are back in the area! read more

I use this company for all of my business travel to and from the airport. You wont find anyone better!

Will is exceptional and dependable ! He arrived promptly, caring about the time of his clients! He cheerfully putting my bags in the car, opening the door and offered me Evian water. After getting off a long plane ride, I'm was pleasantly surprised to see a cord to charge my phone! He aims to please his clients and follows your lead! If you want to talk or not, it's a very pleasant, comfortable and stress free ride! Look no further and call DET Elite Transport. You will not be disappointed! read more

The customer service from beginning to end was excellent! I will use Will for my transportation services in the future.

This is my second time using Will and Det Elite Services. Without a doubt best door to door chauffeur service you will find. Talk about 1st impressions, clean modern car, polite courteous service. You would make a mistake not using them. Our overseas flight was delayed by 4 hours, DET ELITE monitored our flight, knew when to meet us, helped with luggage. In the future only company I will call. If my parents were still alive I know he would take care of them like his own. Extremely safe driver. Thank you read more

Excellent! I highly recommend this company and will use this car service again. Will, our driver, was on time, took the bags and kept us informed with text messages regarding the trip. The car was clean with phone chargers for our use and bottles of water. We ordered the car service from DTW and back to the airport after the weekend. We had me, my son, his wife and their baby. By the end of the almost 5 hour flight, we were tired and ready to rest. Will was a Knight in a black suit. He met us at baggage claim (inside, unlike other services), and made the last leg of the journey effortless. On the way back to the airport, he was there at the exact time we requested, loaded the car seat, the stroller and bags and we were on our way. Thank you DET Elite!! read more

I arranged for a car service for an executive. After researching several companies in the area I found this company to be the best option & they proved that they are the best by living up to their great reviews. There were no hidden fees, the cost was great. The driver was on time, professional & courteous. In a hurry to catch a flight a cell phone was accidentally left in the car. They checked the car right away, confirmed it was found & made arrangements to get the phone returned ASAP. The owner went out of his way to immediately go ship the phone next day. And he sent me a receipt with the tracking information. I definitely will use this service again when In the area & recommend you do yourself a favor & do the same. Thank you so much for providing such amazing service!!! read more

So clean, professional, kind, and efficient. I felt very safe and taken care of. I am so thankful and would highly recommend.

The service provided is amazing! All texts are responded to quickly. You get a reminder text the night before and a text either prior to being picked up or right when your plane lands. Will always has a smile on his face, takes all of your luggage and makes sure you are comfortable in his extremely clean car that includes water, a phone charger, mints and magazines. You also get a thank you text after your journey. I could not ask for any better service and always use Will for my airport runs. read more

This was first experience using transport service to and from airport. I had to leaving because I had a 5' long keyboard case that would not fit in my car. Will was excellent for customizing to my schedule and needs and communications were superb. Nice touches like a text 15 minutes before he arrived. Was very impressed that I received a text telling me he was in arrival area and I received it literally when tires touched the ground. Will definitely reuse and highly recommend. read more
