Don't waste your money or time . Booked a 25 person bus & a mini van showed up that fit 15! Charged me 650$ !!! And didn't compensate for sending a smaller bus they actually denied it . 10 of my guest couldn't attend . The bus driver agreed it was the wrong one and said I should contact them - they denied everything and said I received a 26 passenger . The driver was cool let us smoke. WORST. LIMO. COMPANY. EVER. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hired them for my wedding on June 21st by paying the deposit on the phone via my fiancé's credit card. Then, I was specific on the phone by saying that my fiancé would take care of the rest of the payment on the day of. Well first off, the limo driver was rude, downright unprofessional, and just an awful driver. My eyes flashed before my eyes a few times that day and that is NOT how my wedding day drive should have been. If I could give zero stars I would. When my bridesmaids and I left the hotel to enter the limo, the driver did not open the door for us nor even greeted us before we entered. I opened the car door and one of my bridesmaids closed it behind us. Then, as soon as I sat down he didn't say hi or anything; he asked me for the payment!! I told him that my fiancé was taking care of that and he said "I am not supposed to move the car without full payment." So I said that was never communicated to me when I spoke with the representative and explicitly told her that my fiancé was handling the payments for our wedding. So, then I asked him to take us to the church please and we would handle payment when we get there. He asked if my fiancé was going to be there. THEN WHO AM I MARRYING BUDDY!!!????!!!?!! As we were making our way to the church, the driver kept asking me where to turn and the best way to get to the church. I am sorry but aren't you the driver, not me!!!!! And I had given them all of the addresses for the wedding day on the phone during my call with the rep. JUST DREADFUL!!!!!!!!! As if this is not appalling enough thus far, it gets WORSE!!!!! When we reached the church, he finally opened the door for us and proceeded to tell me "Ornella, we really need to handle the payment." I said I KNOWWW I haven't forgotten because you keep reminding me every 30 seconds. So, I tasked one of my bridesmaids with finding the best man and my fiancé to pay this guy before I punched him square in the jaw for complete lack of demeanor. The payment matter was handled and I didn't hear about it for the rest of the day. But, after the wedding, I came to find out that when the best man went to pay him via check; he was turned down and the limo driver said "ONLY CASH." WTFFFF??!!!!???!! Who would have that amount of cash on them, and why wasn't I told this on the phone?????????? So, my brother in law had to scramble around and ask family members for all of the cash on them so they can pay the limo driver!!!!!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD. From the reservation process to the actual day of service, LimoXpress was an absolute pleasure to work with. The party bus that showed up was immaculate and cleaned to perfection. They also threw in 2 free bottles of sparkling cider which was really awesome and set the mood for a great night out for the group. They're willing to work with your budget considering they're a little pricey, but worth it because their vehicles are well kept and most up to date (I shopped around). The people who work at this company have the WORST communication skills. I called to rent out a vehicle for 20 people to pick my friends and i up from my home and to take us to windsor. When I called a man answered the phone and i asked if they could do something like that they said that it was possible and something that they do. i was told that the manager of the place would be in a short amount of time and that he would have her call me back in literally 2 minutes...i never got a call back. the next day i received a text from a lady named mona apologizing for missing my call because i called after i never got a call back and there was no answer. i called this number back and asked about what they had available for that weekend. i was told they had a party bus and a limo available she told me prices and left it there. i decided i wanted the party bus, when i tried to call LimoXpress back there was no answer, so i just texted the number saying i wanted the party bus. After a little bit I received a message back from the number saying with the party bus has already been booked for that weekend and that all they had left was the limo. I automatically said of course I want the limo then, I was then told that it was reserved for me and that I would receive a call the next morning to put a deposit down and that Mona would have to verify if the Driver would go to Canada. Again I never received a callback. I called this morning to inquire about it to be told by another lady who kept claiming that she hasn't been there in two months and that she has been gone out of town that it was booked and that she called Mona and she said it was booked and that it was not available anymore. This customer service was unacceptable I was going through hoops just to rent either party bus or a limo and I was willing to put down payments all I had to do was wait for callbacks from these stupid people. They really need to step up their game, they screwed me for this weekend I had to call over 30 places to find a party bus and or limo to take me and my friends over to Canada for my birthday and I was counting on these people for a party bus. Never Request a party bus from these people unless you want to be put through hoops and have to be waiting around for phone callsAnd to be given excuses that they were not there for two months to know what's going on in their own company. When i posted this review through google the owner responded and LIED about when i called originally to book a limo by saying that i called a night before the date of service. Great limo service! Had used them for a wedding and for our bachelor party! We rented the new Escalade Limo with the very cool Jet Style Doors. Driver was very prompt and very prompt. Do not risk using this company if you want to enjoy your celebration. We received a terrible bus that had broken A/C, stained and ripped seats, terrible window shades that didn't work and a sketchy A/V system. On top of that, our driver was awful. Sunshine didn't get out of her seat to greet us, help us move coolers into the bus (made the mothers of Bride & Groom do it in their nice dresses), barely talked even when we talked to her, and then held us hostage for more money when we went over time instead of warning us we were about to go over time. As the maid of honor for my sisters wedding, I had the responsibility of finding transportation for the wedding. I called LimoXpress and Lora was so pleasant and sweet to work with. I rented the new escalade with jet doors and let me tell you the luxurious feel of this spectacular vehicle!! Everyone was I shock when it came to pick up the wedding party. It looked absolutely beautiful in all the wedding photos. Our driver Tiffany was awesome and made the wedding day go so smoothly. I spent a lot more then expected on the rental, but you get what you pay for and it was worth every penny. Don't settle for less on your biggest day! I wish I could give a negative star rating. We booked a limo through limo xpress for our wedding and our experience was horrendous. First, the limo driver showed up 20 minutes late to our first pick-up. He was not clear on the directions or order of our stops even after I had laid out the itinerary with the booking manager. The driver also did not have a working GPS, so he had to use Mapquest which caused confusion as our party went from stop to stop, and even ended up with our wedding party having to help him with directions. The driver also did not understand how to work the stereo system in the back, which impacted our experience. To top it all off, it was over 90 degrees outside and one hour into our three hour package the air conditioning stopped working inside of the limo. While my wife and I took pictures, the wedding party had to exit the limo because it was cooler outside that inside. We then proceeded to drive to our last stops in an excruciatingly hot limo with the windows down as my wife and her bridesmaids sweat through their makeup. Honestly if it wasn't for how amazing our ceremony and reception were, this could have ruined a perfect wedding day. And do you want to know how Limo Xpress responded to this? No refund - not even a partial refund, claiming that we were lucky to have booked the limo for a cheaper price than they normally book it for, and taking the drivers side of the story when he said "it was only out for 45 minutes." I would like them to sit in a limo for 2 hours with no air conditioning, and maybe they would understand how terrible it was for our wedding party. Seriously an awful company that does not care about their customers and only cares about making a couple hundred bucks. Unfortunately in this business customer service and your reputation matter, and hopefully this review keeps potential customers AWAY. read more
