Lucas, the driver, was punctual and got the teenagers safely to and from each stop. I drove separately to meet them at the first stop (photos at an obscure location) and I noticed Lucas drove that giant vehicle competently and followed all traffic laws. We had a confirmed reservation to be picked up at Oakland airport at 6:40pm. They were a NO SHOW. Telephone numbers went to voicemail or didn't work at all. No call from them, no call to date. Not that there is any explanation that is ok. If they had an emergency they should have a backup plan for their customers. We were a party of six with bags, not easy to find a shuttle large enough and willing to drive to Tracy. Fortunately we found one. Will never use again and will pass the word.
