I WISH i could give negative stars. The dude who works here is so rude and disrespectful. We payed for two nights and checked in on Wednesday. He then proceeded to tell us on Thursday that we couldn't stay more unless we payed for more days. As a homeless person who rarely gets an opportunity to sleep in a bed, this pissed me off very much. The housekeeping lady is also extremely rude and the rooms themself are disgusting, featuring a multitude of holes all shapes and sizes with bugs, dirt, grime, and windows that remind me of the mental hospital. Everything about this place sucks including everyone working here, i just needed a bed to lay on and take a shower and unfortunately this was the only hotel with rooms available. read more

This place is gross. I can't believe anyone could name this crap hole Luxury Inn! It must have been named by one of the biggest liars ever like maybe sleepy Joe Brandon! The walls have several damaged places, the sink drain is very slow, carpet is worn out and dirty, coffee maker is disgusting, night stand is missing it's drawer, the chair is ugly and I wouldn't want to sit on it it it looks nasty I could go on and on. If we didn't get in so late and we're very tired we would have left. The bed actually was pretty comfortable and I did check it closely for bed bugs. The sheets looked clean and the pillows were nice. We usually eat breakfast at whatever hotel we stay at but not this place. Breakfast is over at 8:30 and other reviews I read help me decide let's get out of here and never stop here again. I should have known when I pulled into the parking lot but I thought maybe the inside would be better but nope. They said they were having a managers special and the price was only 99.95 plus tax. Honestly I came here twice for my road trip. The staff here is so nice and helpful. Before we entered the room the manager made sure the room had all the stuff we needed. Each bed had four to five pillows thank god!!! They left extra soap for us too!! Also, we were given extra towels. This month my family stayed at luxury inn for a week and they loved it.. the price and quality was excellent! There are local restaurants and stores so it was a lot easier to stay here.. Definitely coming back whenever I come to the states. read more

This place has bed bugs. I was in town visiting my grandparents and stayed for a night with my family. My boyfriend slept with one of the blankets and woke up many times during the night because he was being bitten. The next morning, his arms, feet, back, and forehead were covered in red, raised itchy bumps. Bed bugs. We had to ask for new towels because ours had stains, and he asked what room we were in and documented how many towels he gave us. He then asked how many people were staying in the room because we asked for towels? Not the friendliest guy. I would save your money and stay at the Super 8 down the street. read more

First off the title of this hotel is a huge lie. This hotel is anything but Luxurious. The free breakfast is subpar to say the least. With its bland cereals and week old store bought pastries. The hotel room it's self was poorly kept with stains in the carpets, bath tubs and toilets. I also brought to the attention of the front desk manager of a slight ant infestation in my room and to my shock he attempted to make it my fault for having food in the room. If they change the status of this facility too motel then costumers would have a better understanding of what they are getting their moneys worth. We went directly to their site to book the room. The online price was 79 dollars. A friend in the area noticed a sign out front that said "Manager's Special 59.00". So I called back and asked about the sign outside. I was told I was speaking to the manager, and he said I was mistaken, there is no sign out front. I called my friend back, and he sent me a picture with the time and date stamp from his iphone. I called the manager back and was told there was no sign out front.When we arrived, there was definitely a sign out front like my friend had said. When I asked why we could not have the managers special, she said it was not for me. "Not for me"??? At this point my kids were tired and I gave up trying to reason with her. We ended up staying there 2 nights. Only good thing was the pool was decent. They keep the lights out in the pool area, you have to go to the desk to ask them to turn the lights on. The room was outdated and nasty. The beds were old and rickety. The bathroom had black mold behind the toilet. We were given one bar of facial sized soap for 4 people for 2 days. We were blasted when we asked for clean towels. We asked for soap two times and were not given any. The room was HOT, the hallways were 85 degrees, and the room was difficult to cool down. The TV was from 1985, and barely worked. They advertise free breakfast. It is a loaf of bread and a toaster, with some store bought packaged Danish scattered about. Everything else was empty. They supposedly run breakfast from 630-830. We were there at 7 and there was nothing. This place was AWFUL!!!!! read more

It wasn't a horribly dirty room, just the bathroom alone was filthy and shower head doesn't work well. I tried to tell the man at the front desk, but he got so angry with me saying I should of said something the first 30 that we were there. The tub was so gross that I had to put down a towel before I could use it. I never in my life had someone get angry at me for just trying to let them know. Hotel accommodations are decent for the price. Last time we stayed it rained and the room leaked water all over the bed and we weren't even on the top floor. This year we had to cancel our reservations because our event was rained out. They still charged us even though we cancelled over 24 hours in advance as stated in their terms. When we took issue with the charge, they required proof that we called and, even after we provided it, did not really believe us. read more

Great location, quiet, friendly service, room clean. We were there for three days and enjoyed it very much. Did not use the indoor pool but it looked clean and pool side towels were available. Definitely recommend and would stay again. read more

I don't know who this John guy is but I stayed there for a month these people were so g ood the y constantly ask me if I needed anything or they could do anything for me I would definitely stay there again I like it better than super 8 if you ask me large refrigerator larger spa tub I stayed on the top floor and there were no leaks anywhere when it rains these people went of the way for me above & Beyond I have a lot of respe ct for them I wish all hotels were run the same way if you're going to your party its not a place for you they do have a 10 o'clock cut off for guests unless you pay an extra $15per person and the rates are reasonable I paid less than $150 for , a king size suite they have a p;ool and a gym also place to do laundry. course laundys not cheap is still available an d they're located in the perfect place right by all the stores restaurants Walgreens Walmart payday loan places if you needed a loan also , bars & several banks easy access to 40 61. Literally the worst hotel I've ever stayed in it was filthy. Hotels are supposed to be well kept and decently cleaned but this was terrible they had red and brown stains on things. The pool was a tragic it had dirt on the bottom and had multiple dead bugs in it. The service was just as bad the employees were odd and conversed rudely. We found a beetle in our room and the lights flickered and didn't work and the breakfast was extremely limited. The road to get there is super secluded and hard to find and the tiny road up to it and the parking lot is dotted with potholes and bumps. I would never stay in this inn again. Pay the extra $30 and get a room at super 8 read more

Wow. What a nice surprise. Traveling south and stopped thru Troy for the night. To be honest it's an older hotel but clean. Priced correctly for the quality. Cheaper hotels in area but you get what you pay for at those places. It was late and the owner checked us in. He was very nice. He seemed to really take pride in his business. Room was nicely decorated and had a newer tv with great cable channel selections. I pulled the sheets back and checked the mattresses for "critters" , all good. Bed clothes were comfy, clean and white so you could see if there was any problems. Bed had four pillows each. Nice! Breakfast was a basic continental. We would stay again for sure. read more

If you prefer uncleanliness, foul stenches and dishonest service, this place is the place for you! Worst hotel I've stayed in in years. If I was in college looking to have a cheap raunchy hotel room for a party, this would be it. My wife and I were able to get a room early in the morning (which would be the only kudos I would give them). We were told that all they had left in the entire hotel was one room and it was their mid-priced room. We got to our room and immediately we were hit by the foul smell of what smelled like mixed mildew, body odor and urine. I called the hotel under a different number that we gave to the hotel to see if there were any other rooms available. They said they had one room left... This was the same line they told us before when they said our room was the very last room... Customer service is supposed to be honest. The shower had a ring of yellowish-orange on the inside of the shower curtain and trash along the top of the wall. The floors looked like they hadn't been vacuumed. Every time the AC kicked in, again, my wife and I were hit with the mixed foul stench again. I am usually not one to write a review in a business, but for future customer's sake, I hope you spend you money elsewhere. I am not one that enjoys being lied to, sleeping in filthy rooms or smelling foul urination/body odor as I sleep. After talking to the manager in the morning, I was not reimbursed or supplied with any reason to ever return! read more
