I've made this mistake once. I've been going there once a month for almost a year now and nothing seems to get fixed. The vending machine has been empty the whole time as well and should be removed. The cleanliness is as expected for a community laundry mat. Make sure you get there early to get working machines.

I don't know whether the stench will come out even then. My husband is severely disabled and uses crutches and a wheelchair. I am usually his sole caregiver and do the laundry myself. I broke my ankle 2 weeks ago and had surgery. I can barely stand up on crutches. I can not walk any distance at all. This facility is in Mesa AZ, not Charlotte.

When I received my laundry back, half of it was laundered and half of it was dry cleaned. To be more specific, one pillowcase, one sheet and one comforter was dry cleaned. The other pillowcase, the other sheet, and the other comforters were laundered. When I inquired about the $284 charge, which should have been $42, the lady at the desk, was very rude and hung up on me. When I called back, she accused me of hanging up on her. I asked to speak to the owner. She said the owner would not talk to us because she was busy and on the phone, but had offered a $35 credit towards future cleaning. "No thank you," I said, "I'd like to speak with the owner." She then proceeded to yell at me again. When I attempted to ask to speak to the owner again, she belligerently told me to stop interrupting and that she would hang up on me again if I continued. I have left several messages and have not received a phone call back from the owner. I would not recommend this place, my experience was horrible and I paid additional $238 for one dry cleaned pillowcase (it's mate was laundered as I ordered), one dry cleaned sheet (whose mate was laundered as ordered), and a dry cleaned comforter, which I did not order. To make matters worse my wife is allergic to perc (the dry cleaning ingredient) so we now have to take them elsewhere to be laundered so we can use them. I am not a person who leaves bad reviews. However, I have used wash and fold and dry cleaning services for over 30 years. (Not my first rodeo.) The level of overcharge compounded by rudeness is why I am writing this review. Stay away.

Called Rosedale Cleaners to find out if I can get shirts in time for meeting. The staff was so helpful and I am on my way to get one of those shirts for the meeting. Great customer service. Both my wife and I spoke to the owner and his wife several times, and found out that when they couldn't find care instructions or the material it was made of, they didn't contact us to ask but instead made an assumption which lead to improper cleaning. I'm disappointed that a dress is ruined, but even more disappointed by their service after they admittedly made a mistake. They offered us less than 10% of the value of the dress after a significant amount of negotiating, and then when my wife went in to talk to the manager, they wouldn't even honor terms that were previously offered and instead gave us even less than was promised.

I needed to get my blazer dry-cleaned & stopped in as a first-time customer. I was immediately greeted & my information entered into the computer. The employee gave me a two-day turnaround time of Wednesday (although the sign out front states they do one-day service - I didn't ask how that worked). I'm ok with the two-day service, as I wasn't in a hurry with the blazer. $7.60 for my blazer seems a bit much, it does strike me as odd that dry cleaning can be so much these days. When I picked up my blazer (yay for drive up service!), the same employee greeted me & quickly brought the blazer out, rung me up & I was on my way. Blazer looks great! I will definitely use them again. They offer alteration services, as well.
