Always claiming they had not received payment when I paid for six months at a time and well in advance with payment information proof. They were always calling me with misinformation. I have never had any difficulty with Newells. They answer any questions within the same business day. Super friendly and their dumpster rental for bigger hauls is wonderful and reasonable as well.
