Did not get a call or text at any time before telling me that they would not be ready on time. I understand getting behind, but I'm simply disappointed that they did not even reach beforehand to say they could not be finished on time. Had that happened, I may have had time to take them elsewhere to get altered before my trip. Cannot speak to the quality of work because no work was done on my clothes. Disappointed in my experience with this place. Cannot recommend.
