We were referred to the Owner, Chris Marchi. He stated that the earliest he could clean the shirt was Monday, 5/13 after the wedding. Not sure if the marks could even be removed. We headed out in a hurry to buy another white dress shirt. The Owner, Chris Machi refused to compensate for the cost of he shirt only to clean it after the wedding. After we requested he agreed to credit the cleaning charge that may take 3 days. Obviously no quality control from their workers who pressed and covered the shirt in plastic . Owner let the girl know he would take 10% off my bill for the trouble but as I was having a full on meltdown I told them I was not paying for the dress because of all the stress of this mess. Not only did I have to pay but wAs charged 27$ when I was origInally told it would be 20$ I will never use this place aGain and would not recommend to anyone!!!
