Unsanitary policies, worst customer service, delivery and management - go elsewhere - you will pay…read morefor their mistakes 1) unsanitary policies - if you purchase a floor model, they will tell you it will be sanitized before delivery, but their manager Leila will later tell you it doesn't need to be. 2) worst customer service - when you accommodate their mistakes to maintain the promised delivery date and waive the sanitization, being told you will get a credit to get it done yourself and you follow up on the credit, Leila will confront you with hostility and a different version of events. In addition to being told of their lacking sanitization policies until you have the bed and are following up on the credit, she made up some items I didn't get. Allegedly I got 4 pillows. I pressed her to pull up my order to confirm my memory - 1 included with the order (something a previous mattress store for me) and 1 I purchased earlier that day. When confronted with facts, she continued to be argumentative and dismissive, acting like the free delivery, pillow and mattress cover isn't pretty standard at other stores. 3) Delivery couldn't have been lazier. I had to lift the bed and remove the base leg myself for my elderly dog with arthritis and disc disease. 4) Leila should not be a manager. The sales associate I worked with, Debra, had a far superior grasp of customer service. The customer should not have to pay for the mistakes of the store. and in the times of Covid, their sanitization policies or lack there of, are egregious and unacceptable. Go anywhere else if you want to avoid a massive headache and pay for it yourself.
