We knew we wanted the Lux Estate but after laying on the soft, it was just a tad too soft for us so Devi explained she could order us the medium and it would be perfect. What really stood out was that there was zero pressure. We were given plenty of time to lay on the mattress, compare feel of pillows, and ask a million questions. Devi was very knowledgeable about materials, warranties, return policies, pillows, everything and she answered every question honestly, which made us feel so comfortable. We ended up choosing the Stearns & Foster Lux Estate medium in a king and got two free pillows, and we could not be happier!
