And they do happen to own a lot of "designer" make up/fragrance brands such as: Yves Saint Laurent, Giorgio Armani and Valentino. As wells other brands like Lancôme, Khiels, youth to the people and a few more. Though this is not common knowledge, I do not question the authenticity. Paid a little over $50 for my little haul, the fragrance alone retails for $85 in the US, so a pretty good deal I would say. read more

The two associates (Jacklyn and Odessa?) were SO friendly and helpful. I worked retail a long time so I'm huge on customer service. They greeted me off the bat and explained all of their specials/deals. I'm kind of a "newbee" when it comes to skin care, but they were patient in explaining what would work best for my skin. I'm excited to try my new products! Some feedback for the upper management at Great Mall, the entire mall was way too hot and lacked ventilation. I hardly stayed long but this store is extremely small, so small that if five people were inside of it, it would look crowded from the outside. The workers were very friendly though. They greeted me and asked me if I was looking for anything in particular and when I politely told them "no", they just gave me a nice smile and carried on :) I may come back. I came in and was greeted by an associate, asking if I needed any help. I let her know that I'm ok, but I'll ask if I have questions. (I was the only person in the store.) As I looked at their Lancôme makeup, I noticed nothing was tagged, and there were no prices on the shelf. I asked her where the prices were, and she said they're not on the product. (Red flag! Is that even legal?) So she went to scan a mascara I was interested in, and while she was at it, I looked at a Kiehl's pouch with some skin care in it. I wanted to see how big the items inside were (pouch was cloth, not clear plastic), so I opened it. She came back with the price of the mascara, and then told me I can't open the pouch, only she can do that. Ok, np. I started looking at all their other stuff, because I use a bunch of brands that this store carries. The sales associate was following me like a hawk. It was as if she was my shadow, following me as I moved down the aisle of skin care. Out comes another associate (seemed like a manager), and they start conversing by the register. Finally! The sales associate left my side, but was still obviously watching me closely. I saw a perfume that my mom might be interested in, so I snapped a quick picture to send her. The manager then says, "Oh, you can't take pictures in here." Wow, seriously? You can google this stuff. They're not the only vendors of YSL! In any other retailer, this would never be an issue. It's just a lot more convenient to take a pic and send it quick. I told both of them, "Yknow what? I'll just leave," and walked out of the store. The savings here are not worth the aggravation from the way they treat shoppers. Btw, you can score a better deal from ALL these brands when Macy's or Nordstrom does a gift with purchase, or Sephora does their 15% or 20% sale. You can be guaranteed of product quality, and they have flexible return or exchange policies. Added plus, you also won't be treated like a shoplifter right off the bat! read more

I bought one bottle of midnight recovery concentrate by Koehl's, but when I opened it when I got home, I couldn't believe my eyes, there is no label on the bottle,nothing! I wanted to buy a bunch of Lancôme make up stuff. They have a good collection but I'm giving them 1 star because the employees are the worst. They shouldn't be sales people. They had boxes which weren't sealed. I saw that the cardboard boxes could be easily opened and asked for boxes which were sealed as it could have easily been opened by them for testing. There were plenty of other cream boxes next to the one I wanted to buy which were sealed. Instead of giving me a sealed box, she acted like I violated a protocol by opening the cardboard box and asking for a sealed one. She said they come in open boxes which is a lie and moreover acted like I made a mistake to ask for one. They shouldn't be sales people. read more

When she said she like one particular item, I decide to surprise her by buying a few more. When I came in the second time, the lady working there immediately told me that she will not sell me anything because I already bought 3 or more items last week.
