The choice of patterns, colors and design were made simple by the choices and samples with which were presented. We were referred to past customers who allowed us to view the work that had been done on their pool decks. It was very helpful to be able to see this finished job rather than just samples in the shop. From the minute the guys arrived it was apparent that we had made the correct choice. The work was done in a progressive manner with each part of the process completed before the next was begun. Each was done to perfection. with every detail attended to. The coloring of the 'tile' pattern was hand applied to each location on the surface, again, entirely done by hand. Colors were blended to create a natural stone like appearance. Finally, a sealer was applied to preserve the artwork that was our finished pool deck. The new deck is stunning and far exceeds any thoughts I might have had prior to the job being done. The work was done in a professional manner by two highly skilled artists. The quality of the work was exquisite from start to finish. They even cleaned and vacuumed the pool when they were finished. ProTile is a first class operation with highly skilled employees. They were great to have on the premises and provided us with an education in the process. In terms of cost, I was very pleased. I had a few different people come out to look at it only to be extremely baffled and offer no solution. It continued to get worse. I was literally sweeping up pales of concrete sand every month.. situation was getting dire. I didn't know if my house was unstable and I imagined it was going to cost a fortune to fix. That's when I randomly connected with Adam Case on Yelp. He reached out, and was at my house later that day. He was very personable and, after talking with him for a couple minutes, it was apparent he was very knowledgeable. Although my situation was extremely unique, he had worked up a plan within minutes to repair and stabilize the wall. He came back out within a week and had it fixed up at a very fair price! They not only did a horrible job on pavers placed but they ruined my existing patio with blotchy, bad sealant work. They rushed it and did not wait for the pavers to dry before applying the sealant. I have to pay more money on getting it fixed. They wouldn't fix there mistakes and I'm having to take them to court for not only the money they essentially stole but to get my whole firepit/patio area redone. You wouldn't believe the "completed" pictures. Its so sad and looks horrible. DO not use them!

Quality of the repair is so far excellent and we've had a lot of hard rain since the work was done!…read more The 3 roofers were considerate and professional and finished quickly, however, based on the arrival time set up the previous night, they were several hours late and we were not contacted. In addition, the quote included lumber supplies and repairs that they claimed were not needed so the job was finished in under 3 hours when we'd expected it would take a full day. The salesman refused to reduce my bill accordingly. So I ended up paying quite a bit more than I should have. Not cool.
