After reviewing their website, their claim to fame was accessible and affordable facials. Upon entering I was greeted by sweetest lady at their front desk. She offered me water and showed me where to hang my coat. Emily completed my facial and did an amazing job. I was glowing when I left. The facial even came with a neck and shoulder massage. You can't beat that!! She was very personable and knowledgeable. They are a business...so she did inform me of some of their products they had for purchase and their monthly membership. She was very nice about it not too pushy. They have Image skincare products for purchase. Luckily, this is a skincare line that I have utilized and purchased some SPF. Their monthly membership is only $47 a month. See picture to see all the benefits that come with a membership. My only concern was the chairs lol. I'm use to laying on a bed/table when getting facials. I fit comfortably in the chair. I was even given a blanket. The chair reclines. I'm not the littlest woman and was concerned about leaning back too far, but the chair was sturdy and I was able to relax lol. I will definitely return!

This review is for quality of lash extensions only. All other aspects of this business are 5 stars…read more After a few months of getting lash extensions here, my natural lashes started crumbling. Natural lashes have a 4-6 week shed cycle but in my 4+ years of having extensions, I started seeing gaps more frequently after coming to Skintuition. Additionally, during two of the appointments, lash artist, Iliana, glued multiple lashes to my lower lid and had to rip them off. Ouch!! I noticed that the quality of the application was poor when I could not run a spoolie through my lashes. Spoolie got caught on large clumps of glue and would make lashes turn up, fall over, or just fall out (within 1 week). Appropriate retention rarely held past 1 week. I'm leaving this lash artist frustrated mainly because my natural lashes are now weak, I have gaps, and I'm not able to get an appropriate full-set applied for another 4-6 weeks due to the damage caused. I was forced to get Iliana's work removed and evaluated because I left feeling like maybe I was the problem. Maybe my lashes were having issues holding her work. She claimed that I was the only person having these issues.... Nope. The new lash artist (14+ years experience) advised me that lliana's extension quality had caused a significant amount of damage to my natural lashes. I would understand if Skintuition was charging model prices for this quality of work, but to pay 100+ dollars for volume fills only to have to return (on multiple occasions) 2-3 days later to have them filled again!!! Is ridiculous. I've uploaded photos of Iliyana's work (only 2 weeks post full-volume set!) to show the large clumps of glue, extensions that pulled out my natural lashes but still held on while stuck to the other ends of extensions!, extensions stuck together, and the gaps in my naturals. After having experience with 10+ artists and over 4 years of experience with extensions, I'm only leaving this review to spread awareness of my experience because this work must be supervised and reevaluated. *And please don't respond asking me if I performed my aftercare correctly. This work has nothing to do with aftercare.*

I've been self conscious about my skin my entire life but in the past year I have been seen out in public completely makeup free (something I never thought would happen). This is directly related to the results I experienced from Holly's services. I've had facials and chemical peel sessions over the last year. Also, Holly waxes and tints my brows. She has a very comfortable space that is welcoming. She takes time to build the best shape for my face and create the best color to tint my brows. I have always been happy with the results and would be happy to recommend any service to others.

This place is a steal all they care about is our money they don't care about how we feel. Please please do your own research!!!!!! Keep in mind we are talking about your face and your money ‍. They are very unprofessional and the service is horrible . There are other places you can go to. We had 3 sections of microneedling that cost 750 and that's because there was some discount because is actually 300$ each section. I had this other section I had to cancel because they didn't care what I was telling them how I was feeling and there was also no results at all!! Also they took 2 weeks to refund me the section I canceled because they didn't have the money or at least that's what they told me. Very RUDE they didn't help me . I was very uncomfortable of how they treated me. What a sad place!! Is also dirty be careful

Botox, vein removal, laser hair removal, lipo injection, the whole 9 yards. So I was looking at the pricing guide, and I noticed that they do massage therapy. I also noticed that they had Gentlemen's Facials. That sounds good. Sign me up. Well, I'm a believer. The therapist I had was named Tracy. She was SUPER sweet, and very good. She exfoliated, used lactic acid, used aloe, steam to help open the pores, hot towels... And gave a face, neck, shoulder, arm, and hand massage. All of this lasted a good 45 minutes or so. Pretty sure I fell asleep a good 6x. Afterwards, when I got home, I can see that she was able to clear my face and nose. And my complexion looks great. I tell you - I'm sold. I'll definitely be back.
