Destiny is THE BEST! She's very gentle and thorough and has a great personality. My skin tends to get cuts and burns easily from the files and the bits if the tech isn't careful. This isn't a problem here. I've been coming here since they opened years ago and Destiny is my gal! I tend to just get the same thing: OPI's shellac "Affair in Red Square", (best color ever!) sometimes with added gems, but when I ask for something different, I'm always impressed with the skill and freehand artwork she does. Joe also does amazing amazing artwork! (He does her nails which have to be seen to be believed! So inventive and delightful!) The hot stone pedicure is fantastic, as is the basic "deluxe" pedicure, the massage chairs are super relaxing and always in good shape, and they've just remodeled and expanded into the shop next door. SO MANY pedicure chairs!! The place looks inviting and chic. And, free drinks! I mean, they've got a real bar there. Epic! Thanks guys! I'll never go anywhere else! Destiny, you are the BOMB! After 4 fills, I'm downgrading to a 4-star. My last two fills with Lily both didn't last, I had nails pop off within 5 days. Unfortunately I was out of town, so I couldn't get in to have it repaired. read more

I went here for the first time on 07/21/2023 and took my daughter with me. I male tech did mine and a female did my daughters nails. I don't remember names. We both got a full set with a glitter pink tip. I was told they don't offer children pricing since it was a full set, I agreed and said no problem since I wanted my daughter to have the full experience and get cute matching nails. It was quick and I paid $134.00 total plus left a $10.00 tip for each tech. Everything felt super rushed and like they don't want to use the materials they have like they will use the bare minimum. One of my nails broke the very next day 07/22/2023 my daughters nails were all chipping and the color fading away that same evening!! For gel I feel like it should last way longer. I went back in Monday 07/24 to try and get the nail that broke fixed, I was told there was no availability and scheduled an appointment for 07/25. I can already tell the staff was bothered at my request to fix the broken nail and touch up the rest of my nails, as the color was already fading again it had only been 3 days. Booked the appt and came in on 07/25 was not greeted the same way I was on my first day there, and felt like I was in trouble and just intimidated that I was there to get a nail fixed. The nail tech proceeded to rip the nail of with clippers and still said relax your hand, like it wasn't painful... she used the bare minimum to fix it had me look through the colors to pick the one I had, luckily I was able to remember which color it was. Once finished she said ok you're done you're good to go. I had mentioned more than once that I wanted to touch up the color on the rest of the nails so I asked "you're not going to touch up the rest?" and she responded "oh you wanted the rest touched up as well?" and just starred at me like she was so confused. I said "yeah I mentioned that I wanted a touch up on the rest, but it's ok just forget it I'll come back or something another day" and she quickly said "ok then you're good to go" I could tell she was in a rush to get me out of there. so long story short if you want an over priced full set that will chip, break and fade after a day or two then go waste your money here. This place is not cheap and they do not pay any attention to detail and will make it super uncomfortable when you try to get something fixed. I will be looking for a new place to get the nails I have off and a new full set done that's actually worth $67.00 If you are looking for a new nail place I do not recommend going here, save your money and your time! read more

I was disappointed that you offer alcoholic drinks at 10am on a Tuesday when I don't want an alcoholic drink but not at 5:30 pm on a Friday when I do want a drink. The prices are higher than other nail salons so before I book next time I'll consider that. read more

Andy is soooo good. I came here about a month ago and had a dip powder full set after a soak off. He was so attentive, did exactly and everything I wanted for my nails. I am doing this review now because I went to a Icon Nails in Sherwood and regretted soooooo much not going to this place. Icon Nails left me bruised, cut and traumatized. My daughter and I had appointments for a Sunday morning at 10:00AM. No one was in the front room upon entering the salon. When a woman approached to ask if we needed help, she was not particularly friendly and proceeded to ask us to sit and wait because staff had not yet arrived. After waiting 10 minutes she said that the staff who was scheduled to do one of our services was not going to arrive and offered to rebook one of us. I understand things happen but my review is to point out the following: as a first time client of this business, I did not get a good impression and they have lost 2 customers. As we waited in the lobby, I looked around and noticed how dirty it was. The windows had large, unsightly marks and smudges, the floor was not swept, there was a pile of crumbs scattered in the shag rug under the waiting area chairs. And the candy dish appeared to have leftover Halloween candy with some wrappers open. Gross! I found it contradictory that a salon that wanted to appear modern & chic and whose prices are a little higher than the norm, would lack basic cleanliness. Also, a lighter was just laying on the bar which seemed unsafe considering the front area was not staffed/supervised. We were scheduled at the opening of the day, so clearly the place had not been cleaned the night before or that morning before opening. But more importantly they lost a customer because of their lack of professionalism in handling the situation. We had an appointment and we arrived on time. There was no offer of a discount, a complimentary extra service or even a genuine apology for their lack of adequate staffing. My time is just as valuable as theirs but that was not acknowledged. I did not reschedule. Instead I left disappointed, without a fresh manicure for my upcoming trip and with a sour impression after wasting almost an hour of my morning for nothing. read more

First of all, I've come to this place many times and have loved my experience. This time was an exception. I went to Luxor with my mom to get a mani pedi. One of the employees had a child running around the shop and trying to touch my nails. The person working on my toes was his mother and had to leave repeatedly to take care of her son which caused my service to be longer. For my mom, she brought her own nail polish that was ruined because it was not closed properly. 6 bottles of nail polish ruined. My mom asked for water 3 times and they never brought it to her, even when it was offered. There was a huge language barrier when she asked for a small trim and he ended up cutting her nails all the way down to be short as possible. This was an off day for the salon and because of this I am looking elsewhere for my future service. read more
