A clear front desk with a sign-in iPad! Three employees greeted me immediately and I felt welcomed and comfortable. There was clear direction on what to do and where to sit. I had an appointment with BONNIE. I did do a little research before hand to scope out what nail tech I wanted to book with for my Full Set. I could immediately tell that Bonnie's work was clean, not lumpy, symmetrical and precise. I had virtually no wait time and was pleased to be seated almost immediately after picking my colors. The layout is well organized and thought out. There are 16 really nice pedicure chairs with massagers and they have a little piece that lifts up to hold your leg while they remove calluses. A MUST in my opinion! Down the center there are 10 labeled manicure desks with large lights, Hooks for your purse and comfortable seats. It's very clear where you need to sit and theres plenty of room. Theres a large mirror along the back wall with a sink and work station for the staff. Multiple TVs and a variety of things playing. The ambiance is nice with soft "travel" music and videos to match. The lighting is cohesive and everything looks clean and orderly. Good ventilation and high ceilings. Overall well thought out and stylish. This place is the ideal nail spa with friendly and accommodating staff. You don't ever feel like anyone's talking about you like you do in other salons and the staff are friendly and happy overall. I moved here about 7 years ago from Los Angeles where the nail salon scene is extremely competitive and top notch. I have to say that it's taken me 7 years to find the quality, cleanliness, caring nature and immaculate work this salon has. Bonnie is by far a professional with a kind and friendly personality. I never once felt like I needed to see if she was going to be able to achieve my inspiration picture. She absolutely nailed it and went above and beyond my expectations. Needless to say I found my new go to nail salon. Thank goodness it's down the street, but even if it wasn't, I'd drive however far I needed to go to a quality place like this. I end with this. Please GUYS TIP WELL. At LEAST 20% and MAKE AN APPT. I promise you will be treated well! You have to treat others well and with respect if you want it to come back to you in return.

The place is cute, well decorated, and seems very clean. They have a ton of nail colors to choose from in both regular and gel polish. My pedicure lasted about an hour and was excellent all the way through. My feet look and feel amazing and I feel very pampered. Thanks again Sarah! Looking over their website it seems like they provide a ton of different services so I look forward to trying something new next time.

He literally pulled the "no that's your finger that's crooked..." She seemed upset and said I was making it hard so maybe next time her husband will do my nails.
