I love my regular nail tech and her work lasts 3-4 weeks, but I only see her once or twice a year because of the cost. The store had most of what I needed, though I didn't notice many options for UV lamps or the desk lamps you usually see in salons. The space is fairly large and well organized, but the aisles are narrow, so it can feel tight if more than one person is browsing. I was there to restock gel nail tips and extension gel. I searched every aisle and couldn't find the tips I wanted, but just as I was about to leave, I noticed them behind the register. It seems like the Apres products are kept behind the counter. I also picked up a color combo I've been wanting to try for a while. Prices were slightly cheaper than online -- not by a huge margin -- but I needed the items right away, so I was glad to find everything locally.

I'm posting my review here so the entire dentist office can see it since this Yelp page is actually claimed. The other one where I wrote my first review was an unclaimed business but I want Dr. Jun Han (Dr. Shaun Xu's wife and partner dentist in the office) to see this. ***** I still can't even believe this, but I'm writing this on behalf of my elderly mother. Dr Jun Han verbally assaulted my mother at her dentist appointment. What happened to my mother at this dental office was so unacceptable that I have to warn others. My mother doesn't speak English, which is why she drove over an hour to Arcadia to see this dentist, believing she would be able to communicate with them. She had confirmed her appointment through the office's text reminder system (proof available) for a routine teeth cleaning. When she arrived, the staff insisted she take another set of X-rays. My mother politely declined, since her appointment was scheduled for cleaning only. At that point, Dr. Han Jun became visibly upset, hostile, and verbally abusive. My mother was insulted, threatened, and ultimately kicked out of the office. The encounter was so stressful that her blood pressure spiked to 190/97, leaving her dizzy and in tears when she called her daughters immediately afterward. I don't know what happened to the front desk receptionist or the other team members in this office but SHAME on you for hiding and allowing Dr Jun Han to unprofessionally yell, cuss, and threaten a patient. Her husband, Dr Shaun Xu, is also a dentist in the office and he was the only one urging her to stop, and she yelled and threatened him too! (So I do want to thank Dr. Shaun Xu for speaking up for my mom against his wife's breakdown). I believe this minor disagreement on X-rays was a tipping point which caused this yelling assault. Regardless, as a professional (?) licensed dentist, you do NOT VERBALLY ASSAULT YOUR PATIENTS, no matter what you're going through in your personal life. No patient should ever be pressured into unnecessary procedures, threatened with insurance, or spoken to with hostility. This experience was not only unprofessional but extremely DANGEROUS to my mother's health. If you value respectful and ethical care, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I am attaching a screenshot of my mother's own review she wrote in Chinese. This experience has deeply and negatively impacted her mental health and well being.

COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was grabbing some stuff from this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They currently don't have happy hour (duh). They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is massive since it is located inside a mall. Lots of parking spots for you to choose from. Take your pick. However, the lot can get very full very easily and quickly. Staff: The staff here are very friendly, kind, and helpful. The store itself is very clean, neat, tidy, and organized.
