I call up Baked per a friends recommendation and the employees on the phone were SO accommodating and took my hysterical self in right away. Alexa did an AMAZING job and gave me the perfect pre-wedding glow. She calmed me down and made me feel comfortable the whole time! Afterwards, it started to rain (cue the hysterics again) and the employees were so so nice and lent me an umbrella and basically walked me to my car. Whenever I look back on my wedding day prep, I'll always look back on this experience and be so warmed by the kindness the employees at Baked showed me. I also added on teeth whitening the next day and it got me 4 shades lighter!! If you were even THINKING about teeth whitening or a spray tan you must come here! I cannot praise them enough!

I tried every gig in town with no avail- until I reached Sophia!!!! She kindly agreed to come to my house at 10:00 PM on a rainy miserable Friday night to give me a tan! She was friendly, professional & my tan looks fantastic!!! As a mom of 2 young kids, i could not believe how much easier it is to have somebody come to my home for this service! 3x's is not the charm!…read more 1st time, I was stuck in traffic and I called spa to report I might be a few minutes late. They were super standoffish and said if I was late, they could not accomodate me and I would be charged for no show. I was literally sitting in traffic on 95 behind a bad accident and nothing I could do. I asked if they could atleast let me reschedule and I was told no. 2nd time, I did an express tan and I had to call the spa to let them know, 4-5 hrs later, I had no color on me at all. I had to go back the next morning to get sprayed again. 3rd time was last week, the night before I was leaving for vacation and I asked for a dark spray. I woke up the next morning and barely had any color at all. I showed up at airport and first thing my family said "didn't you get sprayed yesterday"??!! I always feel rushed. I always feel as if they spend 2 total minutes spraying you and I can barely feel the mist. Employees are super nice. That's the only positive. Their prices have gone up and up over past year and its just not worth it anymore. Too many other options out there. I'm done.

I call an hour before my appointment to see if they will reschedule me due to it pouring rain. I ask them if I could get a rain check, or other services and they would not work with me at all. I hope the owner knows how disrespectful their staff is to people that are trying to spend money to feel good. no one wants a spray tan on a rainy day. i did not deserve the way they treated me.

Certainly there are worse ways to get ready for a massage! After the massage, I went into a proverbial recovery room. It was similar to a salt cave of sorts. There was a waterfall with calcified salt all around it. I will absolutely be back, and I will try out different massages moving forward.

The stylist who did my hair was very nice, etc., but I feel didn't leave the highlights (bleach) on my hair long enough as my hair was still very dark on the streaks. If she thought my hair wouldn't lift too much she should have told me. I wanted two strands of highlights-a blondish color and a reddish/copper color. I showed a photo of what I wanted. I got washed and rinsed out, and my hair looked legit exactly the same color. The stylist then proceeded to add toner and gloss to my hair (which I didn't ask for), and charged me an extra $90.
