The nurse didn't have the "before/procedure " pictures ready, so she told me she would send them to me with the after picture she took. I was surprised, because I thought the result should be reviewed in person. She suggested showing me some before and after pictures of other patients and suggested to buy additional services if I wasn't seing satisfactory results. I didn't find that relevant at all, and let her know I would like to judge based on my own before and after photos. Since then, I have called four separate times to follow up. Each time, the receptionist assured me that the information would be sent "right away," but nothing ever happened. A week later, I would have to call again and repeat the entire process. The lack of follow-through, poor communication, and failure to keep commitments have been very frustrating. While customer service begins with making promises, it also requires keeping them. Unfortunately, my experience has been one of repeated assurances without any action.

I started to go to her because a previous laser company (now closed) did not have a laser for olive skin! They took my money, burned me, and never refunded what was not used! Be aware that not all lasers are created equal. She is VERY AFFORDABLE! Do not waste your money at big companies. They cannot perform miracles and they lie to you about how 'quick' and 'easy' they can get rid of your hair. Eight to ten treatments is not realistic. Crystal is very knowledgeable about laser hair removal. I highly recommend her services, especially if you have olive skin tone. Her laser shoots out a burst of cool air right before the laser hits your skin. I have done 6 full body treatments and my arms, back, and paper lip are pretty much clear of hair. My legs, bikini, and under arms need more treatments. Not all the hair on your body is the same and your hormone levels can ffect your hair growth. She will definitely be my laser girl for life!
