We paid them thinking it was repaired, however after the next big rain we discovered that it wasn't. We reached back out for warranty and they stopped responding to our calls and emails. We then called Blue Skies at the recommendation of a friend. They properly repaired the roof, guaranteeing it and after a couple of heavy rains they returned to remodel the guest bath. We were very happy with the outcome. Three months now and still NO LEAKS! Yay Blue Skies! We highly recommend!

When our roof experienced storm damage about 2 years ago, we requested references from our local…read morecommunity. More than one person recommended "Dependable" and we opted to select them to complete the work. The first problem was they underestimated the amount of shingles and time to complete our roof. They handled that by getting more shingles, and in their rush they continued to work into the dark hammering shingles. Initially, I was impressed with them trying to get the job done promptly, but ultimately that lead to problems. Within weeks the shingles started to slide off the roof--that's not good. They would come back, fix a section, then more would slide off. This going on since the roof was installed and it was progressively getting worse. I gave them one final opportunity to repair the roof and now just a few weeks later more shingles are slipping off the roof. Here's a summary of what they did wrong: 1. The shingles are architectural and have a close tolerance on the nailing location. If not nailed properly it causes the shingles to slip. 2. By installing the shingles improperly, that voids the warranty with the shingle manufacturer. The roof is essentially worthless now. 3. They misrepresented the repair could be made vs a replacement. By not replacing the roof we are now with an out of warranty roof per the manufacturer. I have photos of our problem that will be posted as well. It is very disappointing as we had hoped that a local roofer would have been more "dependable" and know how to properly install a roof.

I asked Pat with Dependable Roofing to come by to give us an estimate on our roof after a large…read morehail storm came through. He looked it over very thoroughly and provided an estimate that was extremely reasonable. He was able to get our claim successfully shepherded through insurance on the first try because he knows what they are looking for. His workers came through and did the job in a single day based on our schedule. They cleaned up so well I was only able to find a single roofing nail after scouring around the entire house. It was such a great experience that I have recommended Pat to several friends and neighbors who have also used Dependable Roofing and been extremely satisfied with their work. Call Pat. You will not regret it.

I had a horrible basement flood in December 2018. I had had many such floods and I decided that I…read morefinally had to do something about this. I called a number of companies to seek an appointment for an evaluation of my situation and an estimate on how much it would cost to fix it. Harris promptly got back to me (only one other company returned my call) and we made an appointment. The estimator soon came out and evaluated my basement troubles. Developing an estimate took a few days - longer than expected - because he wanted to share the unique aspects of the problem with the company's owner, Tim, so they could best figure out the ideal solutions. I was happy to wait a few days for them to have more time to really think about the problem and what would be best: better than some "one size fits all" fix that wouldn't fix my basement problems. They determined what they thought would solve the problems, and that that it would be simpler (and more cost effective) than they originally thought. I hired them (I eventually had one estimate from another company - they came out after a few months; their estimate was much higher, $-wise, and they wouldn't be able to start work for a few months anyway). While there was a bit of a wait, given their other jobs, I got the work done quickly. Their employees were professional, and friendly, and really cared about doing great work. In the course of the job, they realized that the original plan wouldn't work out in one way, and again decided on a cheaper, more "conservative" respond to the problem which saved me money. All and all, I think Tim Harris and his crew really were just interested in solving my problems in a manner that would be effective and reliable, and at a fair price. Oh, my basement used to be a horribly disgusting place - dirty and dank! After what they did, it's now nice!! We can store things down there and the kids even have a play space. So my house has gained a lot of workable space because of what they did. And it smells better too! My only regret here is that I didn't know of them 10 years ago! If I had known about them then, I would have had a lot less frustration and expense along the way!
