What keeps me coming back is the variety of nail polishes they have and them being able to do nail art. If you have a style in mind, I would recommend messaging them on Instagram and showing them a picture of what you want to see if they can do it or not I would say prices are on par with downtown pricing, which isn't cheap but nothings cheap now a day! I feel like they use advanced new machines that I haven't seen else where yet, like the single finger curing wand thing, which cures it in just a few seconds! The store looks very clean and modern. For pedicures, they use a plastic cover for each person, so there's no contamination of anything. They're very friendly and even offer you a drink like water or green tea, which is nice. The second time, the shellac lasted maybe nine days. The third time I went, I got my eyebrows done. I felt like the worker was a bit rushed and didn't take her time to pluck the small hairs remaining on my brows. When I got home, I spent 15 minutes plucking hairs she claimed were too short to remove.

A cheap sheet mask was applied without warning and felt cold and slimy. the arm and hand massage was very nice. she attempted to clean the water out of my ears with qtips. just dangerous. I got a very streaky white glittery nail...the nail tech (Tracy) looked at the image i brought her and said ok... She did the biogel and it looked great, but when she started the fade she didn't know what she was doing. They have no airbrush machine so they have to do it by hand. As she started i let her finish because i thought maybe she has a different technic..? But then near the end she starts to put the top coat on and all i could see were white lines. I tell her to stop because it looked so sloppy and i could not walk out of there looking like i did my own nails.. And as i was telling her it looks bad, she kept adding more white. So i told her if you cant do the french fade Ide rather do a full color. Another tech comes to see my nails and she suggests to me glitter.. I said ok thats fine.. So Tracy got the glitter and rushed the rest. Slapping on the cuticle oil, no massage and hands me a hot towel. 2 seconds later asks me to wash my hands. The shellac was so sloppy that i had to get her to file it off on the edges. I politely told her as i payed $65, next time, if you cant do the design tell your clients, i would have gladly picked something else. Victor greeted me and I asked if he can please repair my nail that flung off in an unknown destination. I hate when one nail breaks, I feel uncomfortable/unkept when ones missing. He kindly accepted no hassle at all. Surprised & relieved as I was willing to pay $20 for 1 nail repair. (Side note: Weird some nail salons make you feel you're imposing on them for a 'small/non profit service' especially if it's salon that did the set) I digress. Victor was Extremely Friendly and efficiently quick. Shape was amazing compared to the wreckage the initial person did. If I had time, I would of ask to refill, shape & shellac the whole set. Very nicely done, I was fairly impressed tbh. If I lived in the area, he would definitely be my new preferred monthly Nail Technician. I've been having my nails done since it was the new craze many moons ago and hands down, Victor knows what he's doing. So hard to find a a decent nail tech, let alone a very nice one that is quick, kind & efficient where I don't have to sit for hours trying to look like a civilized human being.
