Friend didn't like the dye permanently put on her eyebrows until it fades off. I also was hugely disappointed about my eyelashes because she refused to remove my mascara and eyeshadow. She said it would work better that way. (Call me naive, but this was first time.) The next morning my eyelashes were clumped to old mascara and were falling off my eyes. I had to remove a couple. I obeyed all of the rules about not getting them wet (very difficult in shower-had to use multiple wash cloths to protect my eyes) I was told these would last a couple of weeks. LIAR! Ended pulling them out because it looked weird when the others were gone. It was damaging to my eyelashes and I will NEVER go back to this establishment.

Let me start off by saying that this salon is nice and clean. I was greeted by the staff well and…read morewait time was decent, my only problem with this place is that they do not know how to say no. People kept coming in around closing time and they kept taking them. My nail tech was in a rush and made me bleed during my pedi since she was too busy talking to other clients. I've been hurt and had blood drawn at other nail salons and I understand that it happens no big deal. what made me upset was that I kept pulling my foot away and telling her she was hurting me and she didn't pay attention. During my Mani another nail tech came over and asked if she wanted her to take over finishing my gel polish because she seemed to be "rushing through it" (her exact words) after she was done painting my nails she put lotion on my arms and said ok your done thank you and told me how much my bill was. Like I said I understand things happen and the salon gets busy but don't take what you can't handle. At home I noticed she did not paint the sides of my nails (pictures included).
