Then one day they were out of the office. Nothing was ever mentioned, and a New dentist was there. I stayed because of the Hygienist, Angie, who was wonderful. I was shuffled to different dentists and I noticed a whole new vibe in the office. Then one day I had a toothache, in my experience when someone has a toothache you get them in ASAP. I called the office on Wednesday. They gave me an appointment on Friday even when I told them I was in discomfort. Friday arrives and I get a phone call that the dentist said she didn't have enough time for me on that day and she would see me the following Wednesday when she could devote more time. I was in shock. She could've brought me in taking an x-ray and giving me a prescription. But I was being shuffled again, a person with an infection in pain. I decided I would never go back and plus I found out my Hygienist left also along with other office staff and personnel. The quality of care has totally gone downhill. You don't want an office that's corporate. It becomes all about the dollars not you.
