They were rude, defensive, and simply ill-equipped to have mature conversations about how to handle Out of Network benefits, billing, etc - all leading us to feel that we were not able to be seen by Dr. Cho and have our real Out of Network benefits be billed for appropriately & correctly by their office satff . We recommend you opt for other excellent Periodontists in the area as there more than a few - and with better Office Staff no doubt. Total shame.

Shor and Trufolo will not allow my records to transfer to Dr Liz. They are staying that they have a business agreement in place and I cannot transfer to another practice. In essence they are holding my records hostage which in turn requires me to see Shor and Trufolo whom I have no interest in seeing. The office manager has stated I am required to see Shor or Trufolo for my dental care. They are not at all concerned with my choice, it can only lead to one conclusion: they greedily only want the billing. They don't take the time to know you only threaten you when you want to leave. Be cautious before deciding to use this office.
