After the consult, 2 bleaching sessions, a pair of purple neutralizing rinses to eliminated the yellow brassines and a quick touch up trim...Santa looked fantastic. The style doesn't fight my curls but accentuates them. Just enough sparkle to draw the eye, but not too much. Everything looks clean and well taken care of. Stacey is very professional and knowledgeable. She has a great sense of humor and makes you feel like an old friend in no time. She is a Master Colorist and saved me from very damaged hair and a bad dye job! I have it dyed red with some highlights and it stays looking great at all times. I do not have the constant fading or color turning that I got from other salons. Plus, it still looks red when I go in to get the roots touched up! Stacey also does a great job explaining what she is going to do and why. Like when creating highlights, she explains how she has to lift the color and what it will come out looking like.
