I I asked for a reduced fee based off my inconvenience but the owner refused and said that I was SOL. I'm highly discouraged by this place because it's directly next to the gate and you would think they would go above and beyond for military members being that it's 95% of their customers. Unfortunately not they really don't care. How discouraged by this place. My advice is for you to find somewhere else to get your stuff done there.
