Avoid! Terrible! Horrible!.. Service member who took my uniform at the beginning of the month, simply for alterations and a cleaning. They estimated it would only take 14 days or so. A month later, today. I received it and not only did they charge me full price they Said they didn't have time to clean it, I would have to get it taken care of Elsewhere. I I asked for a reduced fee based off my inconvenience but the owner refused and said that I was SOL. I'm highly discouraged by this place because it's directly next to the gate and you would think they would go above and beyond for military members being that it's 95% of their customers. Unfortunately not they really don't care. How discouraged by this place. My advice is for you to find somewhere else to get your stuff done there. read more

They Melted the zipper to uniform. Went back to get it corrected and was told to purchase another zipper -in which they would sew on. Did not receive compensation for their mistake and still wanted us to pay. Services could have been better if they reimbursed us the cost of their mistake or corrected the issue on their dime. Took the other set of uniform to another cleaner with the same request and did not have any issues. read more

The ladies at Royal Cleaners are AMAZING! I took my OCPs to another alteration shop and they nearly ruined them! I brought them to Royal hoping they could save them and they absolutely did! Run!!! Go somewhere else!!! Items not done when promised! They will not give you any sort of discount for not having things when promised. Had my wife take a blues service coat here during Covid-19 lockdown, they tore a hole above the rank and told me it was already there before I brought it in. Then when I called them to inquire about it further they informed me that the previous rank that was there was hiding the hole. This coat was being changed from AB to A1C, meaning there couldn't possibly have been a rank there previously, and even if there had been the hole was at the top of the shoulder, not anywhere near where rank would be located. They ALSO did not dry clean ANY of the items I gave them, and all of the clothing reeks of cigarettes, and I CERTAINLY do NOT smoke. Currently they're fighting me on getting it fixed/a new service coat, and refuse to give me the number of their supervisor, or the name. Instead they told me to call Quick Clean Cleaners! The nerve, to tell me to go get the issue fixed at ANOTHER dry cleaners, because they're outright refusing to resolve the problem! read more

Not the best. Took a shirt to get cleaned and it came back with multiple stains on it. I notified the staff and had the shirt redone 3 times. Only to be given an excuse about the stain still being there each time. So I was told on the fourth time they weren't going to redo it again and offered to give my money back. However, it's more expensive to buy another shirt than to just take it somewhere that has better lighting in their facility. Since I was told, lighting in the facility may have been a problem as to why they kept missing the stain on the shirt. And of course when I asked for the manager, I was told they can't give names and they couldn't give me a time that he/she would be in the store. I was told " we are not perfect and we make mistakes". I said I wouldn't make the mistake of coming back to the establishment. I went there because it was close to my job but should have driven further for better service. read more

Great place to get you uniforms altered. I've heard rumors of Royal Cleaners on base and had to check them out. I've had my name sewn onto my uniforms as well as my rank insignia's. They are fast, I went in to get my name sewn on my uniforms and they did it right in front of me and it took like 5 minutes. They've got great customer service and they do a great job. I'd recommend Royal Cleaners to anyone needing their uniforms altered. read more
