They kept following us around (even to our vehicle) and interrupting our conversations. It's like helicopter parents but worse. My husband & I didn't immediately switch our clothes over. They were in the washer for no more than 20 minutes. The owners crapped their pants about it. My husband had his earbuds in to avoid the clingy employees, but instead heard them talking badly about us because we didn't immediately move our clothes. The rough looking older female said we are taking advantage of good people. She yelled the F word ten minutes later because something wasn't working correctly. I get angry about the lack of handicap access and want to give 2 stars, however this isn't everyone's problem... they probably deserve a 4 if not being handicapped accessible matters to you. They have a variety of sized options along with options on how to access the service. Traditional quarters are an option along with app accessibility. The dryers are ok, not great and I recommend half an hour for a regular size load. There are vending machines for snacks and supplies. A Dollar General is very close so that is helpful for supplies or snacks. Good location.

Paid for 3 washers, all of which started after I put the money in. I live around the corner, so went home to wait out the wash cycle. Returned to find one of the washers had reset and didn't do a complete wash. Just flashing it needed $6.75 again to run. I informed the owner of the problem, and she said,"These are new machines. When you push start they work." Mind you, I'm standing here with another $10.00 for dryers and have two other completed cycles. I ask her what can she do to make the situation right? She says,"There's nothing I can do." My son asks her where the money would have gone since we put $6.75 in. She says,"It's in here." Points at the locked change catcher. Then she states,"There's nothing I can do. These machines work." I don't know if she was essentially accusing us of trying to rip her off, which makes no sense since we had two other more expensive wash loads completed? But, her refusal to at least get us into a new machine to complete our laundry is horrible. We didn't want a refund. We just wanted to do that last load of laundry. So, since she refused to do anything about it and acted like she couldn't do anything to fix the situation, which is ridiculous, we packed up our unwashed and wet laundry and went to a better laundromat down the street. Not only is 28th Street 24/7 Coin Laundry a BETTER laundry facility, they cost less, AND you can pay with the Dexter Pay app so you don't need to mess with quarters. Way better service there by far and if you go after midnight, they have half-price wash and dry!! Lucky Bubbles IS TRASH!! Do not go here unless you want to get ripped off.
