Olive and Company is amazing! our pup has been going since…read moreshe was 4 months old and fully vaccinated. I appreciate they require vaccinations of the pets. Our girl gets all her grooming needs done here. Baths, mini grooms, sani grooms, and full grooms! We also use the daycare and boarding- Mabel is loved, snuggled, played with, and always happy there and when she comes home. Lauren and her staff are wonderful and truly love their jobs. I have been able to call at the last minute to get boarding when we have had a family emergency and Lauren didn't hesitate and just said bring her, we will make room! The photos and reports you get at the end are the best too!!

Very unprofessional and condescending. If Olive and Company were to put as much effort into…read moregrooming as they put into being defensive, they'd have every dog in town brushed! After bringing our golden doodle here for 6 grooming sessions over the last 2 years, we do not expect to be treated in such a condescending manner. We prefer to keep our golden doodle's hair longer, and Olive and company seems to have an issue with that. The groomer has made ongoing remarks about how poor my family's brushing is, and the first suggestion is always that we shave him. We've made it clear that we don't want to shave him and we want them to groom him, yet they continue to push shaving. We brush him at home regularly to keep tangles and mats down. It's just his hair, it requires brushing, before, during, and after grooming. It's the nature of our golden doodle's hair, and we keep up with it. Comments were made today about how they've sent videos on how to properly brush a dog, and how bad of a job we're still doing, which is just wildly inappropriate. Our daughter dropped him off today, and the groomer openly talked about us, and then continued to talk behind a closed door where she could hear the groomer complaining loudly and disrespectfully. I'm taken aback by the lack of courtesy or professionalism they would show their customers, particularly in front of our child. I'm not interested in being talked down to further. I would simply like to "educate" people looking for a groomer on the way my family was treated by this business.

The employees are so informative and friendly! During my vacation, we decided to extend our road trip twice. When I called the staff was very accommodating, considering it was the July 4th weekend. My dog also got her updated shots as well as a checkup from the veterinarian while I was vacationing. The prices are very reasonable, but the real reason I keep coming back is because they take such good care of my dog! Stella and mom are fans!

Disappointing experience for my poppy Shih Tzu. I chose this…read moregrooming salon based on positive reviews and drove 30 minutes to get there -- unfortunately, it turned out to be a very upsetting visit. I specifically asked to keep the long hair on my dog's back, which we had been growing out for 6 months. But instead, they shaved it completely. Even worse, they left mats behind the ears, under the chin, and on the belly. When I kindly asked them to remove the mats, the receptionist responded loudly that it would "change the dog's haircut." Seriously? I believe removing mats should be standard grooming procedure -- and if there's an issue, the professional thing to do would be to call the owner or explain. Instead, they just left them and said it would "ruin the style." Meanwhile, the haircut was already nothing like what I requested. Now I have to take my pup to another groomer to fix what they ignored -- and even they were surprised mats were left behind. Sorry, but this is not how responsible pet care should be handled. I'm really disappointed.

My new favorite dog groomer in the Sugarland area!…read more I love the way they groomed my old shih tzu, they did a wonderful job and she looks so cute! I provided a reference photo, and while it wasn't exact, it was still very well done. Other pros: - reasonably priced. I paid almost $65 for my small dog. - very clean and not super loud. Some places, like the previous owners of this location, did not maintain the premises. It would be noisy and smelly, and the AC would be left off. I love what the new owners did with this place! My shih tzu often gets very nervous about going to the groomers but here, she was not shaking at all.
