Lauren uses the best grooming products and our dogs smell so good when they come home. She even offers teeth brushing and cleaning and each dog has their own toothbrush that she stores for you. You can request a full or mini groom and her prices are extremely reasonable. We have standing appointments every six weeks because she books up quickly, so I would highly recommend doing the same to avoid too much time between groomings.

He has VERY tight poodle curls and Ashley communicates about what's best for each grooming appt. He feels so much better when his hair is free of knotting. Also, our Whoodle comes off the grooming table looking and feeling as fresh as can be! I was a veterinarian assistant in the military so I'm a little privy to the proper medications needed for specific ailments. This clinic LOVES trying to sell me $$$ of medications that are just not necessary. For example I have a dog who HD an ear infection. A simple syringe of Mometamax was all that was necessary. Clean out the ear with a Q-Tip and give him a squirt of the medication every day was all he needed. About $30. Instead they wanted to clean his ears with Q-Tips also and charge me for saline solution used to wet his ears. They also wanted to charge me for over the counter ear wash. Total $350. Unless your in a dire situation, I can no longer recommend this clinic.

The owner is amazing to deal with, but her helpers are less than caring and treat me like I'm a strange off the street begging for money. Something changed with that place as over the last 2 years. They have been treating my dogs like FedEx packages. A few times I would drop my dog off at the appointed time @ 08:00 then get a call 8 hours later @ 16:00 telling me that my dog is done. Today I had a 10:00 appointment for my cocker spaniel. Unexpected traffic and I walked through the door @10:06 to be met by one of the non-smiling, obviously not wanting to be there, helpers. This helper was quick to tell me that my dog would be last, stuck in a cage for 6 hours and then tortured for an hour by this angry individual. I told this sour individual, "I have been coming to Cute and Sassy for over 10 years. I walk through the door 6 minutes late and you are going to penalize me? Put my dog last? 6 minutes?!?! Leave my dog in this hell for 7 hours?!?! No way. I will use someone else from now on." This helper could care less about the business and said, "Okay, whatever." She was firm and would not budge. No compromise what so ever. Anyway, if you do go here I hope you have a better experience that I. I hate to break a 10 year relationship, but I'm done with them.

Even worse, they left mats behind the ears, under the chin, and on the belly. When I kindly asked them to remove the mats, the receptionist responded loudly that it would "change the dog's haircut." Seriously? I believe removing mats should be standard grooming procedure -- and if there's an issue, the professional thing to do would be to call the owner or explain. Instead, they just left them and said it would "ruin the style." Meanwhile, the haircut was already nothing like what I requested. Now I have to take my pup to another groomer to fix what they ignored -- and even they were surprised mats were left behind. Sorry, but this is not how responsible pet care should be handled.
