All of the arrangements were made via email and one or two phone calls with owner Teo, who was very professional. He informed me in advance who our parking attendants would be for the evening, and made sure to visit the property in advance to familiarize his team with HOA guidelines and parking options. For the actual event, Michael was in charge. We had some VIP's in attendance, and their vehicles were managed as required, and all other guests taken care of professionally. Lux Valet hosted an intimate reception for supporters of a local charity. There were about 60 people. They were there early to set up and ready for the first car, and stayed late until the last car left. They treated each guest courteously and respectfully, greeting each of them with a smile, opening the car doors and handling every car, whether it was a Toyota or a Tesla with tender loving care. And they were fast. No one had to wait more than a minute or two for their car. We have used them before and will use them again.
