Upon entering, you start in their little gift shop area - they have tons of really cute things. I was greeted warmly as soon as I came in, and I helped myself to the delicious spa water in the waiting area. My tech came and got me within 10 minutes. I just had a pedicure, but I really enjoy the whole spa vibe. My nail tech was very friendly and did a good job. No spa jets in the pedi bowls; good. I will be a regular and can't wait to try more of their offerings. Customer service is great - the woman who booked me was super friendly and even moved my appointment once with late notice.
