We had some surprises after demolition but without skipping a beat, we stayed on project timeline and they knew how to resolve it and move forward. If they weren't doing the work themselves, they knew the best teams in the area for electrical, plumbing, tile, etc. People warned me about contractors and poor communication, but not these guys. Also, if someone is going to be in your home for 8 weeks - you want to be able to trust them. I would recommend Rob, Kurt & Crew to anyone looking for professional, timely, knowledgable and kind people to get the job done. Additionally, while they were here - they did some handy-work items (install some shelves, mirrors, etc), I know I can rely on them for anything moving forward. If you want to wait for 4 hours and have no one show up, Lakeside is the co for you. In the past, I could call and remedy the situation. Not anymore. They've replaced their customer interface with AI. Made the appointment via bot, and this time when they didn't show up, I called and "talked" to an AI "customer service' bot, that told me they had no record of an appointment. They will also tell you that you need things repaired or replaced that do not need replacing or repairing. And, sell you a silver membership, that buys you NOTHING. STAY AWAY

They just plowed the snow (finally) from our parking lot to the end of the apron, right to the edge of the street. The plow guy blocked the driveway with a mound of snow. (That was after he plowed in my neighbor while he was trying to pull out of his garage, and the driver smirked- and THAT was after he yelled at another neighbor who was asking when he should move his car so the guy had an easier go at the parking lot) I was able to drive around the right of his pile, which was a chore, since he didn't clean that side well either. Over the years they have consistently missed walkways, sidewalks and porches. Last time they were here (a few weeks ago) they poured so much salt on the sidewalk at places it was 1/2" thick. You can imagine what the edge of our lawn looks like. I will give you a recap in the summer, it is just as inconsistent in quality and damaging to our property.
