They are quick-to-help and to the point, which I like in a business. They also offer 5%, basically a built-in coupon - bonus! They are being COVID safe - you call when you arrive and they tell you on the phone when to enter the shop so there aren't too many people in the building at once. There are hand sanitizer stations all over, and the touchless check-in and check-out is a great feature. I am new to sugaring, but I found that while the process is the same, the pain is much less! I'm still a weenie with pain, but Salma kept me talking to help distract me and it worked! Overall a great experience, would recommend and I'll be back!

Disappointing experience in both process and product. News was constantly playing and the…read morenear-empty salon had a depressing feeling, with most of the staff on their phones. The pedicure itself ($35) included no scrubbing of heels themselves, minimal attention to cuticles and a perfunctory-at-best "massage" of the feet and legs. When my attendant asked if things were ok and I said what I'd prefer (slower, deeper massaging, the nails cut straight across other than catty-cornered) he seemed annoyed. Once home, I noticed one big toe was markedly shorter than the other, and there was not polish on the blunt end of either big toe nail. I don't expect the polish to stay on well because of this. Perhaps it was just the manicurist I got, that particular day and so forth, but I won't be chancing it again.

I'd driven by this shopping center a thousand times and…read morenever noticed it until they put out a little lawn sign near the sidewalk highlighting their threading services. The threading ladies know what they are doing here - they don't over-thread my brows like so many others insist on, but still manage to give me perfectly shaped arches. Plus, I don't know how, but threading somehow hurts less when they do it. Another thing I love about this place is that the threading area is private. The waiting area is walled off, so if people are sitting there they're not watching you get the hair pulled out of your face for 15 minutes until it's their turn! Prices are reasonable - $18 for eyebrows and upper lip, and they have a loyalty card, so after some number of visits you get a free eyebrow service.

Had an Arkansas Daily Deal for a eyebrow threading. It was fine. I noticed their waxing prices,…read moreand thought they were very reasonable, so I made an appointment to come back for that. It's no wonder the waxing prices are low - these people do not know what they're doing. I have had underarm waxing done many times; never have I bled so much it left blood all over the sheet. Legs were still quite hairy. Sometimes she would squirt wax out of something, sometimes spread it. The stuff she spread was much too hot. She then said she had never been waxed herself. I'm thinking this was her first time to perform waxing, too. Go get your brows threaded, but stay away from the waxing services. I tried to add web address, but it wouldn't "take" - kept saying to add one that linked directly to business. However, the only web address I found is a facebook page.

I always get gel polish on my toes and nails. I had gel polish on the outside of my toe that I know the lady saw because I saw it. My nails looked just as awful as my feet and a different person did both. Save your self money and time by going somewhere else. The pedicure was awful and half done along with my nails. I will be surprised if my nails last a week. I highly recommend VP Spa in White Hall, but I was trying to save time. That's on me but never again $120 later and I got a fill not even a full set.
