Years ago I hired Roofs R Us to replace my dad's roof and add gutter covers. They did an excellent…read morejob. But the company changed hands since then. So when we needed new roofing, siding, gutters, gutter covers, facia and soffits I obtained several quotes. Erik didn't hesitate to come out to Farmington and quote the project. We had some "slick" salespeople and we had a guy that wouldn't give me a quote (he really didn't like women was my opinion) and would only deal with the insurance company. Erik was professional, honest and not "slick." The price was fair. My test is always the "warm and fuzzies." After a few meetings with Erik, he had my business. Then came the problems. Every color combo for all of the above items had items out of stock, discontinued or something. Erik made a lot of phone calls and several vendor trips. I have no idea how many combos we went through - probably 15 or so. Finally we found a combo that could be put together. YEAH!!!! Erik was patient through all of the "I hate neutrals" moments and several trips of holding colors against the house in different light. Roof install went well and then we had to wait 2 weeks for the siding. The siding installation was completed and they came back and fixed a couple of small items and we were done before Thanksgiving. Erik was around almost daily and even picked up extra FOD on his own. They installed our new lights and Ring cams too. Erik was easily reachable and kept on top of the project and kept me up to date. Very impressed. They were within $7 of the original quote (I think permit fees changed). Very happy and thankful that I selected Erik and Roofs R Us.

Charged me nothing. WAY above and beyond the call of duty!

We live in a wooded area, and at some point a branch had damaged part of a 28 foot section of the gutters, bending the gutter and gutter guard which keeps debris out. I noticed this when clearing leaves and debris off the roof. I gave them a call, hoping that I could get by with just replacing this one section. One of their guys came out (forget the name), started inspecting flashing and other things and I started to dread the list of all the wrong things he was going to find. After a few minutes, he told me that everything else looks good, and that he could straighten the gutter, straighten the guard, and secure it better. He did this.. took maybe total of 20 minutes. When I asked what the cost was, he told me no charge. Cannot even tell that the gutter had been damaged. Can't get better service and care than that. Highly recommended

We had a leak and they moved their schedule around to accommodate our project. It was amazing how efficient and professional the crew was. Eric was onsite the majority of the day and the final checklist and sign off of everything was very assuring. The new gutters were installed within a week of the roof being completed. What was very impressive to me was that the sales rep for Zups took the time to stop by after and ask if we had any questions or see if there was anything they could have done better. I will be calling back for new windows next summer!! Thanks Zups! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Zups was more personable than the other bids we got also. They laid out in full detail what happens when they redo the roof and have a contract that laid out all the pricing for what they would do. I had a real piece of mind. One last thing, there were a few issues with my previous roof and I was having leaks and had some rotted trim boards. Eric and the crew took care of all those issues and I haven't had any leaks since. Thanks Zups

Old World Exteriors, which is to say Robin and DeWayne, are not only, "old world" in their…read morecommitment to excellent work but also in their manner of dealing with customers which is with an unusually high level of honesty, reliability, and warmth. They have completed two projects for me to my extreme satisfaction and have consistently displayed a high level of integrity and quality work. The first project was a gutter, roof, and eave repair which they completed with extreme care and craftsmanship, for a very reasonable price. The second, and larger project, was a complete roof and gutter replacement for our 3600 square foot MSM walkout, which included some minor roof repairs to our 1987 construction home. The shingles installed were very high-end composite shakes paired with new color-matched aluminum gutters. The shakes required some special techniques to install, along with a certification from the manufacture, which their team possessed. For the portions of the project where they hired subcontractors, it was clear they would only use work teams from other companies whose leadership shared their commitment to honesty, integrity, and quality. From beginning to end they were patient, helpful, and available. I couldn't be more happy with how the process unfolded nor more thrilled with the outcome. I give Old World Exteriors my unreserved endorsement and recommendation. It's really a magnificent team.
