I picked it up... I was beautiful, but I noticed the substance was still adhered to my wind screen. I came by the next day at closing and Keith personally worked on the windshield, polishing with a special glass compound and was able to get the substance off. When he was doing his work, I looked out my window and saw him on a two-step ladder working on the right side of the RV. He was cleaning about halfway up the RV. I saw him get off the ladder and move it to the other side. I did NOT see him clean the higher and top area of the right side of the RV. When he was done, he said the paint was in such poor condition he couldn't make it shine or remove the lines. I looked at the RV and said, it still looks horrible. He said there wasn't anything he could do to remove the lines and make it shine. I believed him at first. When he was still here I looked at the top window on the right side of the RV and it was still dirty. It looked like he tried to clean it was a handle brush. The sides of the window were extremely dirty. He went and washed it again for me. After he left, I started thinking about it and got the wax the man that used to come and wash & wax my RV used. He moved to Hawaii. I used it on a small area, and it took the lines out. It doesn't make it shine a lot but it makes it a whole lot better (see picture). Then when I started looking at the RV closer, it looked to me that he didn't do any waxing on the mid to upper areas of the right side of the RV. That is why it looks so bad. I went to the left side of the RV and it isn't perfect but 100% better than on the right side. I am a 77 year old woman with scoliosis and lots of back pain. I have spent this whole day working on the areas he didn't do on the right side of the RV. I can't finish it today so I will be doing it again tomorrow.

She's had the car since new and while I've detailed and wash/waxed it before I wanted to see how a pro would do it. Well, they have the tools and knowledge to do a "the car looks almost as good as new" job. Terrell and his assistant were prompt, cordial, efficient and easy to work with. Three hours for the job and while certainly not inexpensive, it is the going rate for this kind of work so you can't begrudge that. My daughter's husband is noodling having his car done. Only thin they could not completely remove was some tree sap.

I scheduled a full interior detail after an emergency situation involving a sick passenger. Before my appointment, I cleaned the majority of the affected area myself to make the job easier. When I arrived, I was assured they would take care of the interior and fully address the remaining issue for an additional charge, which I agreed to. After three hours, I returned to what can only be described as a completely untouched vehicle. The interior looked nearly identical to when I dropped it off. When I raised concerns, instead of accountability, I was blamed for "making them stay late" and for supposedly scheduling last minute, despite booking hours in advance and picking up my car two hours before closing. I gave them another opportunity to correct their mistake. The second visit resulted in minimal improvement, and new problems. My cup holder was damaged. Wiring inside my vehicle had been disturbed. When confronted, I was told they "ran out of time" - even though my car had been dropped off at opening (10:00 AM). Against my better judgment, I returned a third time. They kept my vehicle for two full days. While it was returned in better condition than before, it was still far from professionally detailed. Large areas were clearly ignored: under the seats, sections of the dashboard, parts of the seats, and the steering wheel. The job was incomplete and careless. Three visits. Multiple excuses. Physical damage to my vehicle. And a final result that did not reflect the service promised or paid for. This was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional service experiences I have had. I cannot recommend this business under any circumstance. DO NOT COME HERE PLEASE!!!!!!

Carpets shampooes $89 - 4 stars (they forgot to do the trunck carpet) 4. Headlamp restoration - 5 stars Total $350 plus tip They claimed the dirt and grime that was still left on my car after they detailed it could not be removed yet as you can see it did. I paid for the "Clay Magic & Wax" service and specifically pointed out rough, contaminated areas on my car when I picked it up. Instead of addressing it, I was told the dirt "could not be removed" because my car is a 2013. That is simply not true. I went home, used a basic detail spray and a clay pad, and within minutes removed most of what I was told was "impossible." I documented it with photos and video -- the clay pad was pulling off significant contamination immediately. Now my paint feels completely smooth, like glass -- which is exactly what a proper clay service is supposed to achieve. Let's be clear: * This was not permanent damage * This was not "because the car is old" * This was removable surface contamination that should have been handled during the service The explanation I was given was inaccurate at best and misleading at worst. If I can correct the issue myself in minutes, there's no reason it should have been left behind after a paid professional service. I paid for a clay treatment and ended up doing the actual work myself. I have photo and video proof of everything. If you're considering this place, check your paint carefully before leaving -- because if you don't, you may be told things "can't be removed" when they absolutely can. Since I had to clean the outside of my car which took several hours I would like a $150 refund for the clay magic and wax that I apparently didn't get. Lastly, I have come here for years for the quick car wash and even the quick detailing because it is priced fair for a decent job but when I pay $150 for a job I expect the outside of the car to be clean and to not be fed a lie probably because I am a woman that dirt and grime can't come off because the car is old.
