They totally destroyed my recently purchased $2,500 Ralph Lauren blazer and had the temerity to blame it on me. (Yeah, I intentionally burned wholes through my garment solely to blame it on them!) Oh, brother. Then they lost a pair of grey slacks on the same ticket as my trashed blazer. Can't make this stuff up. I should have known better. Be warned. I ended up getting nail polish on a white dress shirt and slacks and they were able to remove it. I knew going in there that my clothes were more than likely ruined but when I went to pick them up they looked brand new and were able to remove it. Expensive. Can do overnight but you have to beg. Work can be good. They make mistakes and beware the dragon lady if you have the temerity to point out that they destroyed your shirt; she will blame it on you even though she'll agree that the shirt was fine when you dropped it off. Alterations are breathtakingly expensive. Now, I may not be the scut monkey of high profile clients but I am paying my own way. They are erratic and occasionally rude. I've never been yelled at for pointing out a flaw in service except here. It is proof that they do not ALWAYS do a fantastic job, because they trashed my shirt. If someone tells you they remember your name it's likely because the name is on the receipt. Avoid. read more

Any place in Aspen with easy parking earns extra stars right off the bat. You can park on the side of the building which is also the gas station. Most all of the high profile clients I work for, use this cleaners and they ALWAYS do a fantastic job. The employees are also wonderful, they often remember me by name and know which clothes are mine even when I do not have a slip with me. They also have little bisquit cookies that they give to the kiddos which is a sweet gesture and makes running errands with the kids something fun rather than something painful. They charge double to wash womens clothes vs mens. A plain cotton shirt to wash and press is $3.25 for men and $6.95 for women. I will never go back. read more

I am reviewing the Cleaner Express in Snowmass Village. I am a homeowner, but not a permanent resident. I have had two unfortunate experiences with the woman who "works the desk." Several years ago I went to pick up my navy blue pillow cases. The woman brought out two black pillow cases and insisted that those were what I had brought in. When I disagreed with her she said, "Get out of my store." Today , I took in several items for pressing and I had to wait while she finished waiting on another customer. The customer asked why women's shirts cost more than men's to launder. The woman said that women's shirts need to be ironed by hand and men's are done on machines. I entered this discussion by saying that a woman's tailored cotton shirt really does not need any more special attention than a man's shirt. This seemed to make her angry at the other customer for bringing up the subject when there was another person (me) in her establishment. The customer took offense at the woman's attitude, paid and left. I got my receipt and as I left I saw the customer and went over to speak with her for a moment. All of a sudden the woman came around the corner, shoved a pair of cotton pants at me and said that she did not like it that we were talking. A few minutes later she came out again and was verbally abusive to us, so I went inside and asked her to give me my clothing items back. She told me to not come back to her store. This place is a joke! They overcharge and claim they can't remove stains time and time again. This morning I took out a silk shirt that they said there was a stain that couldn't be removed, since i figured it was ruined i dabbed a little water on the stain and wouldn't you know it the stain disappeared....The water left a little mark but i plan to take the shirt to a new cleaners and try again along with several other items they claimed had stains they couldn't remove. read more

i took a brand new pair of jeans to be hemmed. my first clue should have been when they had me try them on in the back by the dryers to mark them and it was filthy dirty back there. i pick them up along with my cleaning. i give them my ticket they give me the cleaning they charge my credit card. i look at the jeans while still in the store and notice they did not do original hems like i ask. they just charged me $40.00. to hem then. i tell the older man there, he gives me $5.00 back and said that was the best he could do and then walks away and no one would talk to me. i left with a car full of cleaning that i was planning to leave. i manage a house with 7 bedrooms. i will never go back there again. read more

After using this dry cleaner for over a year and being consistently mistreated, mislead, and overcharged (they often charge me more than my male co-workers to press and/or clean our shirts, even though we are all required to wear the same men's shirts), I am through. Today, after coming to pick up my boss's $200 black LAMB sweatshirt (brand new, never worn) that she had requested be dry cleaned, I noticed it had faded greatly to an uneven grey. I was told that the manufacturer's directions were to wash it and that's what this particular company goes by--not the customer's request, but by tags. Mysteriously, I had been charged the dry cleaning price. When I asked for a refund, they offered the difference in price--$1.50, of which they gave me one dollar. When I asked why, even though I bring clothes there once a week and request that they be dry cleaned and it's not been a problem, this particular sweatshirt posed such a threat to their puritanical senses, I was told I did not know their business and they did. I have been getting clothes dry cleaned to preserve them for many, many years. Also, I have never been told that a dry cleaner must follow manufacturer's instructions and disregard the customer's wishes in all of those years. I will absolutely not be back, and would rather drive 40 miles down valley than give this company my business ever again. Avoid. read more
