Well, when I came out of the grocery store, I noticed my passenger side door was misaligned, no glass broken, or anything else unusual. So I immediately brought it to an auto body shop to see what they thought, and they couldn't explain it. But, said that they're "expert" would have to work on it. They recommended I take it to Ultimate Restorations.. so I drove over and spoke to Lew.. just the nicest guy ever. He saw how upset I was, and I explained what happened, or thought happened. I explained I lost my husband in January, money was tight, and before I got the next word out, he just said, let's see if we can help you out .. let my guy try to see what he can do. I gave him my keys, they drove the car into the shop, and I went into the office with Lew. He was compassionate, polite and truly wonderful. A short time later, his expert came in, handed me my keys, and said "You are one lucky lady". Looks like someone tried to break into the car, from the back door so not to set off the alarm, by doing so, they actually bent the door. Well, all I can say, is that you can't tell anything was ever wrong at all, it's literally perfectly aligned. I can't tell you how thankful I am to have gone to a place that's not only extremely skilled at what they do, but, they're also compassionate to the situation and polite. I would totally recommend ULTIMATE RESTORATION AND LEW LOMBARDO to anyone who needs skilled work done on their vehicle. He may not be the fastest, BUT HE'S THE BEST!!!

Stay away from those that want the insurance check made out to them exclusively as this joker did. Terrible service, Terrible bodywork and paint job and 100 excuses for not being able to complete the repairs on time as agreed. With great bodyshops in Danbury I can't see how this joker is still in business!
