Amazing experience for a first-timer!…read more I had found a local Scranton business (not worth mentioning) and was even planning on driving 2 hours to New Jersey for another company that had positive reviews, but then I found my wax soulmate. Our eyes locked and... you've seen the movie before... I called after hours and left a message. She called the next morning with the best disposition that a company could have and set me up for an appointment. She even moved around her schedule to get me in before my trip that following weekend. She provided her prices and address via text after the phone call. I arrived nervous & afraid... she quickly got me situated and begun. I was grateful that she wasn't stuck on me hitting those wax poses and holding them til my blood circulation ceased. The immediate pain of waxing was the 2nd worst pain I've ever felt (#1-childbirth), but she did what she could to alleviate it by holding the skin tight, applying pressure and talking me through it. She noticed I had scarring and darkening of the skin from shaving and offered solutions that I could buy from anywhere. That's when I knew it was love ! Other companies uses this as an opportunity to make some money and peddle their raggedy products, but she showed me the recommended items and just told me what to do. That's when I knew I had met THE ONE!!!! The process was as quick as it could have been! The service was the best I've ever had from a beauty service stand point...helk... any company for that matter. I REALLY FELT LIKE I MATTERED AS A CUSTOMER!!! BETTER YET, I FELT LIKE SHE APPRECIATED THAT I CHOSE HER BUSINESS!!! I'm so glad I found her. I hate any level of pain, but I'll be going back in 4 weeks for the follow-up service. The prices are really affordable also! Anyway, excellent excellent service! There aren't enough stars...

Professional-Outstanding haircut-On Time 5 Star Salon…read more Scheduling was pleasant and highly accommodating. As a first time client, I was offered a tour of the salon, my stylist greeted me at my exact appointment time, consulted with me on the aspects of the cut and got right to the sink and back to the chair. As someone who has genuinely struggled with finding a professional who truly understands how to cut curly hair, I cannot sat enough about how thrilled I am to have found Linda. Easily the best haircut I've had since leaving NY years ago. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I booked online and it was easy and convenient. The first available appt was around 3 months away so I booked a massage and Shirodhara (scalp massage). I arrived to my appt and was immediately led upstairs and shown the dressing room so that I could change into a robe. They don't offer the same sleek looking, brown robe with their logo on it for plus size customers. Instead I was given a white robe, that while comfy and oversized, seemed a little dingy. My masseuse, Raquel, was AMAZING. I enjoyed every second of my 80 minute massage. The Shirodhara was nice and Becky did a great job. Unfortunately, it left my long hair in some really bad knots so I don't think that is a service I would try again. All of the oils used in both services smelled soooo good! The atmosphere was very tranquil and relaxing. They offer some complimentary teas and water. I did book another service with Raquel -- it was probably one of the best massages I've had so I look forward to returning!
