I brought it in and since I had an ODB reader I told them the code. They re-read it anyway and charged me labor. I didn't get the car back for days (they blamed the parts guy). Then when I pick it up, and was about two blocks away from their shop, the check engine light went on again and so did the overheat alarm. I went right back, they were already closed up. So I had to wait a couple more days to get my car back (they're closed on weekends). Turns out they didn't burp it properly. My coolant was low the next time I got an oil change (somewhere else) February 2026. Fast forward... May 2026, the coolant is low again and the check engine light went on. When I dropped the car off I left an explicit note with the code, said to not to read it again (if it would be an extra fee) and that it is leaking coolant please fix that. Did they fix the leak? Nope! They replaced an unrelated part (that may or may not have even been broken how would I know?) and never checked for a leak because they "didn't see anything". Just over two weeks later the car is trailing coolant forcing me to take it somewhere else and pay a premium (over the holiday weekend) to get it repaired. I'll never go here again and you shouldn't either.

I have only needed to use their service…read morea few times since my purchase of a 2024 Outlander because I live an hour and a half from the dealership. I took my car in to my trusted local mechanic of 20 plus years this morning for an alignment, when they went to start the alignment they discover the left rear control arm had a broken bolt, so they couldnt start. I took a look at my warranty and suspension parts like this are covered, or so I thought. After a very rude conversation with service, I was told its not covered because there have "never" been failures of those parts not caused by inferior mechanics. Their final response, "you can bring it in and we will look at it, but we will see tool marks and not cover any repairs". So much for that amazing warranty. We had planned on replacing my wife's Kia with a second outlander in the spring, but after the conversation never again. My Outlander on has 37,500 miles, I am dreading the future.

We stopped in about a week or so ago to look at a vehicle…read more We were assigned a sales person. Although the assigned person was very pleasant they gave us totally incorrect information about the vehicle warranty and also regarding some of the vehicle features. We did not realize the info we received was bad until we did our own research when we arrived back home. Prior to discovering the bad info we actually put a large deposit on the vehicle. Upon discovering the bad info we were going to call off the purchase but decided to go back to the dealership a few days later to speak to a Sales Manager. We made contact with a Sales Manager by the name of Walter. In short, he was honorable and outstanding! He listened to our issues and corrected the wrong feature info we were given and, more importantly, he agreed to honor the vehicle warranty that the original sales person had told us - as incentive for us to purchase the vehicle. He also assigned us a new Sales Representative by the name of Kia Smith. Kia was absolutely SUPER fantastic! She went over every feature detail, answered all of our related questions, and actually sat in the vehicle with us to demonstrate the features. Walter's high degree of integrity and Kia's truly outgoing personality and depth of knowledge saved the vehicle sale for the dealership. These two individuals are an absolute credit to their employer and we would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them in the future. This was our second vehicle purchase from this dealership and there will be more (but hopefully not for a while :))

The service visit took 4+ hours (I had an appointment, so not sure why it took so long) but they did not pass inspection due to a non-working parking brake. The estimate to fix the break was $1,300! I said no thank you and I would address it elsewhere. Turns out nothing was wrong with the parking break other than the cable at the lever/pivot point needed a minor adjustment. That makes my blood boil - so dishonest to try to get a ridiculous amount of money from me for such a minor issue. Shame on that tech - very shady.

Let's back up... The week before my purchase, I was involved in a horrific car accident (not my fault) that totaled my previous Crosstrek. The entire situation has been overwhelming, and the thought of going through the process of a new car purchase was not my idea of a good time. Who really wants to go through this when you weren't planning on it. Ya know? However, from the moment I walked into Goldstein Subaru, the team's patience and professionalism made such a difference. After 3 test drives and a trillion questions I purchased a 2025 Subaru Crosstrek sport. My new Subaru, Oscar, is now a fresh start and a new chapter and I have this team at Goldstein Subaru to thank for it. I will continue to be a loyal Subaru customer, and I will recommend Goldstein Subaru to everyone I know. Thank you for EVERYTHING!!

I am a single mom so i definitely had a budget and i sure wasnt going to buy a brand new car so that as soon as i drive off the lot my cars value would decrease anywhere from 5000 to 10000 . They helped me out with a loaner and i had a brand new car less than 24 hrs later. They did all the paperwork immediately and i was able to drive off with no money down and an awesome monthly payment arrangement. I truly recommend J&J . Ive been buying cars and driving for over 15 years and never recommend a dealership to anyone. J&J truly saved me a great deal of headache. Thank you
