They couldn't get you to answer the phone any more than I could. The only accurate statement from you is that we have never met. And that is YOUR FAULT. I have never once said anything about how good or bad your services are simply because I never could make an appointment. You have only a phone number that you never answer with a constantly FULL mailbox. No published email or alternate contact information. I tried over a dozen times over several days to call you. I DID want to use the two Groupons I paid you for. YOU made it impossible. That does not make me a diva. That makes you a lousy business owner that just wants to make excuses and argue with the customer. You have never offered to make the situation right. Instead you get your friends to try and gang up on me. You haven't learned anything or helped yourself one bit. The most that could come from this awful experience is you figure out a better way to be reached. What I cannot figure out is why you are running a Groupon in the first place. I have always had my nails under the heat lamp for at least 60 seconds but this tech would rush through the polishing of my nails that he always beat the time on the lamp. Instead of waiting until the 60 seconds were up he would tap my hand and gesture that I needed to change. I had a chip nail but he didn't even try to fix it. A few times he hurt me by digging into my cuticles. Everytime that I let him know that he hurt me he would laugh and keep on going. I have no plans of ever returning to this shop.

They told me the price was $35 dollars per girl. So I took them there and that's what I asked for acrylic nails,but when it came time to check out they charged the girls $55 for one and 60 for the other. I have been very weak from a recent surgery so I just gave my oldest granddaughter my debit card and waited in my car that was parked in front of the building.But I made it perfectly clear what I wanted the two girls to receive just acrylic nails nothing else.When my granddaughter came out she was confused about why the price was so high. So I went back into the store to ask the lady why is this bill so high. She explained that the girls wanted gel on top the acrylic. I told her the girls said they they never mentioned to them anything about gel and we already had agreement on acrylic. She should of asked me before adding more expense to the purchase, I told her I was just out front of the store. Who does that, no that's something they wanted to stay away from because it messes up their nail bed . I'm going to be in trouble with their mother . They did what they wanted to do to run up the bill and took advantage of children and the situation. I was looking for a place where I could go and take my granddaughters. To enjoy a nice experience and I could bring them back time after time. But their nails turn out really bad nothing like what they wanted. At that time she quoted me prices for the next time I would come back and completely different quotes in her text when I called back for second appointment. Partial foil went from $75 to $95. She is all over the place with her prices ! I agreed to pay that but didn't know I was going to get eleven foils and bleach only in my hair. It was a disaster from minute I got there in May 2017! Other lady was sitting there with foils in her hair so she hurriedly started doing my hair which took her 12 minutes to do. (Timed it). Then as I sat there for forty minutes (timed it) as she was doing other ladies hair I counted the foils in my hair , which was eleven foils . As I watched her hurriedly finishing up on other customers hair she was dropping foils and combs so I was feeling like my foils had been on for too long. Cuz she was in a major hurry to finish ladies hair! It is a very small cramped salon so you observe everything . Then after forty minutes later she got me over to sink and started washing my hair and I asked her at that time how much would it be if I left with it wet and she said $95. I said I don't feel like I got good service and can we negotiate price and she said no way we agreed on $95. I said I am not paying that and she said she would call the cops on me.!! When I got up with my hair wet to go sit in another chair her co worker got In the middle of it (very unprofessional ). They both ganged up on me and kept stating u agreed to pay $95. I again stated you only did eleven foils, sloppy job and probably the foils have been on too long! She stated for me to go count the foils cuz she said she did forty foils, but senseless to do cuz she had just taken out other woman's foils. And there is no way she could of done forty foils In that short of a time and it was only on top of head and only one foil in back of head. So I paid $95 and left . As I was driving off In parking lot at Solar Salon on Chenal, her and co worker are in front of the salon smoking cigs and laughing about something. (Not hard to figure out what). When I got home I dried my hair and had worst black roots and my hair looked over processed . I sent Blue Zulpo a pic of my roots and stated hair overprocessed and still black roots but looks worst than before I went in there, and I said I want my money back or redo and she stated quit harassing her and she wouldn't redo it! Next day I went to another hairdresser to have her look at my hair and she told me over processed hair and black roots. So I was again charged ! Worst service ever! All about the money with Blue Zulpo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I strongly recommend to not go there!!!!!!

Wrong again…read more Texted Catherine several months later to return after an attempt to reshape/rehab a botched permanent straightener causing breakage from my roots for her next available appointment on Tuesday, May 1st at 10am. Received a text at 9:41, claiming she was running late, only to discover in person that wasn't the case at all, her brother needed a "quick" 15-20 minute long cut, and was arriving any minute? I'd already asked my hiring manager to allow me to arrive following this appointment because I needed to look the best I could for my first day at a new sales job. After thirty minutes she finished, he got off to his job, and she just then wanted to start my hair that was going to take who knows how long, and prepared to pay her at least twice the amount of money? Not only do they lock you in and out of the salon, they don't honor prescheduled appointments, nor do they care about their clients who aren't family. I'll never be back again, just another horrible experience again here in Little Rock. If there are any truly skilled professionals who'd like to help me with the damage done by other "stylists", I'd truly appreciate it. Truly devastated at the pervasive problems here with salons.
