We arrived to the hotel property and spa via uber. When we left, we called an uber. Three times the hotel front gate -- over 1.5 miles away -- was sending the Ubers away. There was NO communication that Uber could not pick up when I booked this via email; on the website; nor when we were leaving the Spa. Oh, did I mention the massage therapist broke my diamond necklace that I was wearing when she took it off? We were forced to pay $70 MXD to get to hotel entrance to get into the uber I ordered. There was no Meter -- the taxi just wouldn't put it on, stopped Half way but we said to keep going, and then when we got to the real main entrance he doubled the price. Total scam trying to leave the property. The spa itself is fine. Kind of outdated. Fine service but nothing out of ordinary.
