Armonia Spa is at Pueblo Bonito Rose, Cabo San Lucas. They have a 1-week promotion for visitors with 30-40% off. Because it is in the resort, it's still a bit pricey, but my sister-in-law and I decided to do it for the experience. We did a body scrub for 50 mins and a 50 mins body massage. We had a relaxation moment however, because I'm always doing body massage every 2 months I felt I had standards. Overall, no regrets about trying but hoping they can get additional Training to satisfy the clients more. FYI: bring as much as you can because they don't have a hair comb, blow dryer, snacks if you get hungry, toothpaste, and a toothbrush. read more

Don't come here for the Spa. We stayed at another resort but came for the Spa reviews. After spending over $500 USD on services, we were held us hostage by the hotel security trying to leave. They're guilty of extortion of the guests. We arrived to the hotel property and spa via uber. When we left, we called an uber. Three times the hotel front gate -- over 1.5 miles away -- was sending the Ubers away. There was NO communication that Uber could not pick up when I booked this via email; on the website; nor when we were leaving the Spa. Oh, did I mention the massage therapist broke my diamond necklace that I was wearing when she took it off? We were forced to pay $70 MXD to get to hotel entrance to get into the uber I ordered. There was no Meter -- the taxi just wouldn't put it on, stopped Half way but we said to keep going, and then when we got to the real main entrance he doubled the price. Total scam trying to leave the property. The spa itself is fine. Kind of outdated. Fine service but nothing out of ordinary. read more

Omg, what an experience. So first off, when you get spa services at high-end resorts, you pay top dollar. In this case, it was worth penny, and then some. Francisco was my masseuse. The Armonia Spa at Pueblo Bonita Sunset Beach seems to operate by using "bait and switch" tactics when offering spa services to potential customers. While at the pool, we were approached by a sales woman, who offered us massages or facials for $155. We asked if we could use our discount of 30% and our $100 certificates that we received at the sales presentation. She said "Yes!" What a Deal! We signed up for facials for the next day. Next day when registering for our facials, we were told that the facials cost $225 and we could only use one of the discounts, either 30% off or the $100 certificate. We were surprised by the price so we decided to reschedule. Well we couldn't do that either without a 50% cancellation fee. We repeated what the sales women told us. We were told it didn't matter what she told us. Their registration form was the only thing they honored. So Buyer Beware. Don't fall for those roaming sales people, they don't tell the whole story. We asked for a partial refund which was denied...Very Disappointed, I was expecting better customer service from the Armonia Spa and Pueblo Bonita Sunset Beach. read more

I had 2 massages with Selene and she was able to stop the pain I had for the last 3 months. She also gave me advice to keep it from coming back. She is amazing!! We received several vouchers for spa credit for taking a timeshare tour, so treated myself, my mom and a friend to a 50 minute massage, and the 2 girls to a mani/pedi. The spa, which is located in a separate building next to the Pueblo Bonito Rose lobby is not as large or luxurious as the one at Pueblo Bonito Sunset, but it is comfortable and nicely done, and has a "wet room" with 2 hot tubs (one, super hot), a cold plunge, a Swiss massage shower and sauna. Unfortunately, the massages were just ok - any massage is generally better than no massage, but mine (with Ana) was more of a "rub-down" than a massage, and really wasn't very good. My friend summed it up when she said hers was ok, but if she got the same massage in the US, she wouldn't likely go back. And price-wise, they weren't cheap -- $115 for 50 min massage, plus mandatory 19% tax ($21) and then, of course, tip for the therapist on top of that. By contrast, there were tents on the beach offering 1 hour massages for $30; I think next time, I'll give that a try. It was our girls' 1st real mani/pedi, and not cheap ($50 each), but we had spa credit, and they did a beautiful job. They even brought ice cream for the girls to enjoy. While in Cabo San Lucas my friend and I scored a few hundred dollars in resort credit that could be used at any Pueblo Bonito resort. So we spent sometime at their Armonia Spa which was located at the Pueblo Bonito rose resort. The staff was very helpful and friendly unlike their co-workers at the Pueblo Bonito Sunset resort. We each had a 50 minute massage that cost about $137.00 per person and included tax. The spa was run a lot like red door spa in the US that I love to treat myself to occasionally. The atmosphere was very quiet and the facilities had a locker room, shower area as well as sauna and two Jacuzzi's at two different temperatures. There was also a cold pool that they encourage you to enter before indulging in the Jacuzzi's. After locking away my belongings and obtaining a pair of slippers with a robe my massage was started. My massage attendants name was Gabby and I thought she was very good. She inquired about my comfort and preferred level of pressure for my massage before starting. My friend said that she was not happy with her massage therapist or the massage she received. After my massage was over I tried the sauna briefly which smelled of mint and menthol. Their sauna could definitely clear stuffy nasal passages. From the sauna I quickly took a dip in the cold pool and went straight to the cool Jacuzzi for a few minutes but then spent most of my time in the hot Jacuzzi - well until the timer ran out. The spa was very relaxing and clean but at those prices I would not return If I was paying from my pocket. To be honest I tried another massage place in Cabo that was much less glamorous and got 70 minutes for $20.00 USD but It was just as good if not better. read more

My friend and I used our resort credit from attending a long azz timeshare and reaped the rewards at this cute spa service. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We both had the 50 minute massage. My friend really enjoyed hers and I thought mine was just okay. I think I would've been disappointed if I paid for the service which was pricey. We also took advantage of the steam room, cold pool, and my favorite the hot jacuzzi. We were able to unwind and get the annoying timeshare presenters out of our heads. Lol The facility was clean and they give you towels, a robe, slippers and a locker for your personal stuff. It wasn't crowded so we didn't feel rushed and was able to relax after our massage. While on vacation, my friend and I decided to treat ourselves and relax with their promo deal. We each got 2 50 minute massages and a 50 minute facial. Both of us agreed our first massages were just decent. It wasn't an amazing massage that got us both extremely relaxed. The second massages we got were much better but both of us agreed that our massage therapists both used wayyy too much pressure. My friends foot was bruised and my shoulder area was slightly bruised as well. We did like our facials and enjoyed the relaxing environment. The language barrier was kind of a struggle, especially in the women's lounge. One of the attendants was trying to tell us how to prepare for our massages (basically you gotta strip completely). When w asked if we could leave just our underwear on (since that's what we've done at all other spas we've been to) she said no, everything must be off. It was an odd request but oh well, we figured that's how they do it there? All in all, it was an ok experience. Would I use their spa services again? Maybe. But I'd probably try one of their other spa treatments. Would I recommend the spa to my friends? Probably not. If they ask, then I'd definitely let them know to check out their spa services but no, I highly likely wouldn't rave about it. read more

In a word...DELICIOUS! I purchased a 50 minute deep tissue massage (actually had a credit through Delta Vacations), but found out that I had full run of the entire spa too. Wow! When I made the reservation, they did advise me to arrive early to take advantage of their steam room, but it was oh so much more than that. My massage was delightful and relaxing in and of itself, but then I was escorted to the showers and whirlpool that looked like something from an Eqyptian garden. If we didn't have dinner plans, I could have stayed there until they kicked me out. Do yourself a favor and schedule a massage or treatment of your preference and plan to spend all day here. Nail service was horrendous. Possibly the worst, overpriced manicure/pedicure I have received. When waiting for my nails to dry I noticed that one of my nails was messed up. The lady at the front desk, who was extremely rude to begin with, told me that I had to wait over half an hour for someone to be able to fix my ONE nail. My family and I have been coming down to Cabo for over 12 years and we have had nail services done here before, but as time has gone on the quality and service has gotten significantly worse. read more
