I've been to Lush RX a couple of times now. I started because I wanted lip fillers. As my mature ladies know, the lips tend to get a little thin as we age. I didn't like the way mine were looking so I gave Lush RX a call. They were so helpful and nice when I asked so many questions over the phone. Never had I had someone make me feel so comfortable about a procedure just by speaking to them on the phone. Before the call was over, I had set an appointment and was looking forward to going in. I must admit that I am a big chicken when it comes to things like this, and it seems as I age, my pain tolerance goes DOWN. So, even though I was comfortable with the Spa it's self, I was still very nervous to have the procedure done. When I arrived everyone was so very nice and again, made me feel comfortable being there. I didn't have to wait long at all till they called me back to start my lip filler. Boy, let me tell you... as soon as I got into that chair, I was almost to freak out mode. They assured me that they would make it as comfortable as possible and applied numbing cream to my lips. One of the first things they say is, "Don't lick your lips". Well, when someone tells me to NOT lick my lips, that makes me want to lick them that much more. So, I did. Not only did my lips get numb, but so did the rest of my mouth. Haha! It wasn't bad, just didn't taste very good at all. While my lips were getting numb, Krystal was in the room assuring me that everything would be ok. It is hard to believe it when you are terrified. But her bedside manner was top notch. She made me feel as relaxed as possible in that situation. When the procedure started, she was very careful and precise. The pain wasn't even that bad. It was like a pretty good pinch on my lips, but nothing I couldn't take. After she was done with my lips, I got up and took a look. I was like WOW!!! It was exactly what I wanted. She did explain that the swelling would go down in a few days to a couple of weeks. Everyone heals differently. The bad news is, when I was looking at my lips so perfect now, all I could see was the wrinkles on my forehead. So, needless to say... I walked out of there with lip fillers AND Botox. I feel so much better about my appearance now and I have the staff at Lush RX to thank for that. And the good thing is... it looks so natural that people know that you're looking more youthful, and want to know your secret to making your skin look so much younger and better. After your service they don't forget about you. They call and text to check up on you after your procedure, then you have a two week follow up. The dangerous thing about the two week follow up is, you've had more time to think of all the other things that you want done now. I highly recommend Lush RX, Krystal, and her staff. Krystal and her staff are absolutely amazing! I had been wanting something to help around my eye area because I work a lot. I also wanted to inquire about other beauty enhancing options they offered. I looked at a lot of reviews and this one caught my eye. I booked my consultation on line with ease. The day of my consultation I arrived and from the time I stepped in I was made to feel comfortable and like family. At the consultation Krystal took her time explaining to me the process answering every question I had. She looked at my skin and recommended a skin care routine which I purchased that day and so glad I did! I already see a difference in my skin. Before leave I scheduled my next appt for Botox and lip filer. The day of my appointment I was sooo nervous I know I talked myself from going several times lol. When I arrived the staff was so welcoming I literally felt like I was talking to my girls. I can't remember the name of other beauty that assisted so forgive me but she was awesome love her energy! I was numbed about 15 mins and we started the lip filler first which to my surprise was painless! Next up was the Botox and that happened so fast and too was painless felt a pinch at the most. Krystals has a gift and is an artist when it comes to this! Her bed side manner is wonderful she made all anxiousness I had disappear. When I saw my lips let's just say I was overjoyed and so happy. Krystal is absolutely amazing and a beast with her hands and the work she does untouchable in my book. You can tell she pays attention to detail and what fits each client. My skin is glowing and on point and my lips are poppin! I will continue to go here for ALL my skin concerns and enhancements they know what they are doing and genuinely care. I had a wonderful experience at Lush RX Med Spa ! I had never had a cosmetic procedure done before so I was a bit timid. But the staff at Lush RX melted those fears right away the second I walked in those doors. I was greeted warmly by the front dest receptionist ( I do not recall her name unfortunately, but she was awesome!) She was beyond welcoming, and friendly. She answered all of my questions and was swift in getting my name and medical information into the system. I waited patiently on their plush velvet sofas and admired their chic and shiny decor. It smelt clean and looked well maintained as everything was in perfect order. Within almost less than 30 minutes I was already called back in for my procedure. I laid on the recliner crème beige chair comfortably and excitedly as I waited for Krystal, (the Master Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner, and the owner) to walk in the room. She was the true star of the show. She walked in smiling and I could feel her good and kind energy radiating through her bright happy sunshine eyes, and genuinely warm smile. I told her how I wanted my lips to look ; size, shape, style, etc and she knew exactly what I wanted without even having to bat an eye. She said "don't worry, I got you." And with that I let her work her magic. Trusting her completely. She injected in particular places as a painter would decide to put a particular stroke of paint. She knew exactly what she was doing and in all it was a form of art. She is a lip artist. After about 15 minutes of her injecting a little here and a little there, and sculpting my lips to the desired look, her masterpiece was as done! I glanced in the mirror and my eyes watered as to how amazing it looks and how much I loved it. They were perfect and exactly what I envisioned in my head. I couldn't believe it. I felt so happy and she was happy in seeing me happy too. she truly cares about her patients and goes above and beyond in doing her best work every time. In all, Krystal waved her wand and transformer my lips from dull and blehh, to pouty, plump, plushy and fantastic ! All while still maintaining a natural look. Krystal is amazing I am so grateful to have found this establishment as I know I will be a regular from here on out lol. Her kindness, giving nature, and excellent eye for detail left me feeling I was in the best of hands. It has now been a few days and every day my lips continue looking better and better ! I want to thank Krystal and her amazing team for their professionalism, kind hearts and good work ethics! Got Botox injections there and lip filler. Each time I was bruised up. It was noticeable. I've had injections lots of times and didn't get bruised. I'm not coming back due to that. read more

So I came here to get Botox three times. The first time was awesome. A little expensive but super convenient. The second and third times were very irritating. Each time I had to argue with the attendant how much I want it in my face. The price increased substantially on each visit. On the final visit the technician said we don't even use Botox we use Juvéderm so that's what you're getting. This really irritated me because I specifically booked Botox point appointments. Anyways I found another salon where I will always get exactly what I want and no hard sell. Keep looking honest people are out there. read more

I would not recommend Lush RX. They never called with results of bloodwork. It took me 3 weeks and I was told the blood work was still not complete to then receive a call 30 minutes later to say I need to see my primary physician. Terrible service to their clientele. read more

Awesome first time experience. First let's talk about the office, can we say nice, neat, clean, and very calming. If you have any fears going into your appointment, the atmosphere will put you right at easy. This was my first time ever in life getting any type of cosmetic procedure. I was a bit scared, but my girl Tiffany assured me that everything will be ok and that I was save in her hands. Tiffany was very gentle, always checked to make sure I was okay and comfortable. Because of the density of my top lip, Tiffany was able to use to full syringe to gave me the desired lips I wanted. I will most definitely going back to my fillers done!! I seen all the good reviews and photos and thought I found a great place to get under eye/tear trough fillers. But boy was I wrong! I made my appointment for 930 am. No one arrived until 945. Then as I dealt with a whole bunch of passive aggressive comments throughout my visit, she tore my face up. I expected slight bruising, but she literally was injecting (or acting like she was injecting) filler in my cheekbone. I had lumps for weeks! Maybe the filler wasn't the way to go, but she never gave suggestions to do anything else otherwise. Now that they've healed my lower eyelids/cheek area are uneven and, to me, look worse than me having the trough lines. I really wanted to support this business and wanted to get more work done to my face and thought that if she did well with something small then I would handle all of my needs with her. But, instead I was judged, mutilated, and constantly insulted by her (and her staff during my follow up visit). Even her receptionist was trying to hold back her laughter when she seen how I came out looking like I had been in a battle! I guess my social status didn't fit her criteria. read more
