The massage was very light and felt more like lotion application rather than a relaxing massage. Also, even after several hours, my nails were still not dry, which was disappointing as I expected a smoother finish. I think with more attention to technique and polish application, the experience could be much better, a quick dry would be enough for it.

We got there and I had my aunt sit as she uses a walker. The girl at the desk started talking to another woman in another language (I think Vietnamese) then she told me they didn't have an opening. I told her I just called and she said we filled the 3:00 appointment, so the next was at 4:00, I said that's fine we would wait. Then without saying anything to the other nail tech she said well she'll probably be busy till 4:30 and we close at 5:00, so she won't have time to see her. Of course the business card said they closed at 6:00pm. I didn't get her name, so I'm not sure if she was the owner or staff, but she was a thin girl with large square glasses. I feel like that was elder abuse to make her feel bad about them not wanting to serve her because of her age. We did go to another salon right afterwards and they were wonderful!! In case you want a salon that cares about their customers!!! LV Nail Spa was AMAZING and Daniel was the nail tech that helped my Aunt.
