When I spoke with Jessica, she said they were 10 weeks behind and asked how I would feel if I were bumped a day to repair someone else's fence. That is not my problem. The fence was repaired 2 weeks ago with the wrong color pickets. I was told someone would return that week to put in the right color pickets. That has yet to happen. Bottom line: great original install, very poor response if you need a repair. BTW, the repair took 30 min., so there was no delay in pushing back another person's installation.

When I tried to explain my situation (an irresponsible driver hit my lawn and took out a tree and three shrubs) I was rudely interrupted and told, "you're just looking money. Accepting the estimate and paying the deposit couldn't have been easier. The 4 guys who came to do the work shortly thereafter walked the property with us and were careful to understand exactly what we wanted. They were knowledgeable and professional.
