I've been to Lush locations all over the world and while they all have the same concept, the product is always perfection. Let's talk about the staff, it's crazy but I don't think I've ever had a bad experience at any location. I love that they don't up-sell or pressure customers. But are also right there if you need assistance. read more

I honestly love this lush. It might be incredibly small but the service is probably the best service I've had at any lush. If you're unsure what will work for you the staff is always willing to go above and beyond to help. I love that they focus on limited waste. Shampoo with out any packaging? Sold! I've tried almost all of the shampoo bars over the years as the needs of my hair tends to change. My favorite is Jason and the argan oil bar. I have also become a fast fan of the cup o coffee face mask. When I had a bath tub I could spend almost an hour comb through all the different options at the store The prices are little high but I think they're justified. If you want good quality hair and body products and great service this is the place for you! read more

This Lush store isn't the biggest store that I've been to however, there is a good selection. The people that work here are also very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the products they carry. I love Lush's efforts to be sustainable and ethical. The company does not test on animals and tries to minimize their packaging. The store carries multiples products that do not come with packaging. Don't worry though, you can choose to wrap your goodies in beautiful fabric scarves (that change seasonally) or a paper bag. I felt inclined to write this review because the woman that helped me today was very sweet. I enjoyed her kindness and helpfulness- I'm so sad I did not get her name. I will always frequent this Lush store because everyone has always been so nice to me. read more

I love Lush, but this store disappointed me. First of all, it's way too small. You can't move around well and I felt like I was constantly in the way of employees and other customers. There were workers also doing bath bomb demonstrations in the limited space. I got a shampoo bar I'm excited to try and also got multiple gift cards for Christmas presents. I was hoping to get some samples of one of the shampoos and one of the fresh face masks, but the employee ringing me up never asked if I wanted samples of anything with my purchase. read more

Lush stores should always be a Happy Place. The place you go to maybe after a hard day at work when you just want some aromatherapy (It Me). If it we're just for the amazing scents and effective skincare, Lush would already be a haven. But it's the staff here that makes Lush an experience, and this particular Lush store has a truly stellar staff. Everyone we talked to was friendly, relateable, and knowledgeable. Pretty much everything you'd hope for. They were able to answer any questions I had without hesitation, were generous with samples, and eager to do demos (Amazing: If you haven't demo'ed a bath bomb in Lush, I highly recommend!) Even with a very small store, they manage to make everything look very well organized and not cluttered. Just phenomenal all around. read more

I wish I knew the names of the two women who helped my friend and I. I have their employee number on my receipt but I'm not sure I should share that. Anyway, we were let in and instructed to keep our masks on and they will give us a sample of anything we want and to just not grab the bottles. Only 4 people allowed in the store, a woman with a child (who was not wearing a mask) came in and cut my friend and I in line, insisting the workers give her about 15 samples. This woman kept pulling her mask down to smell the products, and the workers asked her multiple times to not do that. The employees cared about other people in the store, and followed strict and realistic COVID restrictions, which I appreciate greatly. They let us ask questions, offered samples of items for us and were super quick and respectful amongst the chaos. Thank you ladies!!!! read more

Sheila and her staff were amazing to my friend and I! They let us try the product and explained it to us so well. They were feiendly and so knowledgeable about the product. read more

Tolerance level for everyone and everything is at an all time low... Wow this is the worst lush store iv ever been to...and iv been to many lush stores... I bought DIRTY from lush because all the reviews were raving on it... I looked on the back and omg perfume! which really put me off.... I like the smells of some of their products...but some of their other products are just too overwhelming... this small little Lush store ironically can pack one hundred people...i hate cramp places and i literally couldn't breath while i was inside there... i never wanted to leave a Lush store that quick before... there's about fifteen employees...and the service was still slow...waited thirty five minutes for help...not to mention lack of products...i asked four question regarding if they have any of the products i was searching for and the answers were all "NOs"...such a waste of time...never again will i come to this location...so aggravating... i will admit they do have fun stuff for baths but I don't think it benefits much to the skin...i tried one of their fresh handmade face mask...it was just OK... read more

The employees were super sweet and more than willing to help. Cosmetics are great as usual.

I absolutely love Lush! Every location I have been to, the employees have been friendly and helpful this location is no different. The employees are extremely friendly and ready to answer any questions. The products are amazing and responsibly sourced, not tested on animals. The products work so well and smell fantastic. I brought a friend here who has never tried Lush and thanks to the wonderful customer service and top notch product, she is hooked! read more

I love Lush! Can never get enough of my bath bombs or their fresh products. This location does get a bit hectic and is a smaller store but the staff is very friendly and they are very well stocked! Definitely worth the 30 minute drive for us :) read more

The people working there are so genuinely nice!! One girl stayed with me to answer my millions of questions and helped me find the perfect skin regimen. The products smell and feel so good! Yes it's a bit pricey but you get what you pay for here. Also they are always happy to give you samples of you are unsure about something. read more

I'm a new convert to Lush. I went for the first time about 2 weeks ago after hearing so many great things from nearly every female friend I have. I finally caved and went to Lush on a girl-date with a friend. We had an awesome staff member who spent probably 30 minutes helping us try out multiple products, find the best options for our skin and preferences, giving us hand massages...it was pretty much amazing. I went back the following week, and the service wasn't quite so over-the-top, but it was still great. I am the happy owner of Happy Hippy body wash (mmmm grapefruit scented) and their rainbow of multiple moldable bath soaps/bubble bath bars. While they are a bit pricy, it's just such a fun place to visit and their scents, colors and most of all their products are just so enjoyable to try out. Highly, highly recommended. I can't believe it's taken me this long to discover them! read more

Taylor, the dude with the beard was the best employee i've ever talked to at lush! he was extremely helpful and amazingly nice and funny! give him a raise and give him a hug! read more

I am normally hesitant to speak with salespeople as I prefer to make decisions and shop on my own. I was however delighted to meet Taylor who offered me a complimentary hand/arm massage as he demonstrated several of LUSH's body lotions. I was putty in his hands as he thoroughly described the products and compared their uses. He was incredibly knowledgeable of all of the items that I asked him about. He told stories of how the fragrances and skin care items were created, discussed ingredients and used both of his arms as a sampling pallette. He was extremely friendly, easy to talk to and kind. And no lie - I would seriously go back just for the hand/arm massage alone! I ended up purchasing a lot of cool gifts for my cousin. I will definitely be back! read more

I had my first experience at Lush today, and it definitely lived up to the hype! Everybody there was so friendly, and the woman helping me gave me great samples to try. As sombody who suffers from acne scarring from past breakouts, she explained why she thought they were good for my skin, and what they contained. I left the store with some samples, and hopefully I'll be back to get the full-sized product soon! My only negative is that the store is VERY small, and it's easy to feel cramped with so many people in such a small area. read more

Lush: Fresh Handmade Cosmetics. Now, everything is freshly made, not in store, but all the products have stickers with dates they were made and who they were made by. They offer many different products: shampoo, body wash, soap, fresh face masks, makeup, bath bombs, etc. And best yet? It's ALL NATURAL, and most of their products are vegan. I used to go to the south hills location, and have been a loyal Lush customer since 2010, but when they closed I didn't know what to do. I would make trips downtown, but I'm not a city girl, so I don't like the location. However, I was extremely excited when Lush decided to come to the Ross Park Mall, it was closer, convenient, and bigger, and I could finally use my lush products without having to worry about driving and parking downtown in order to get more. I went in today and bought the following items: R&B Hair Moisturizer; Tea Tree Toner Water; Grease Lightening; Cosmetic Warrior; and Mask of Magnaminty. Now I won't lie, their products are a bit on the expensive side, but it's really worth it. I have almost tried everything they have in store. The NEW!, jumping juniper, seanik, and squeaky green shampoo bars are unlike any other shampoo I've tried. It leaves my hair so soft. The body washes are to die for. Plus, the employees know what they are talking about, the woman who helped me today was able to suggest and give personal reviews on the products she suggested. I highly recommend lush products. Yeah, they are a bit more expensive, but think of all the chemicals you put on your skin and your body, to me it is definitely worth paying more for having softer, faster growing hair, and less blemishes without the chemicals. read more

Loved this place! Just visited for the first time with my mom about a week ago. The staff was incredibly helpful, one woman in particular (didn't catch her name, sadly) gave some great advice and was SUPER patient answering all of our questions. We couldn't have been there for more than 15 minutes, but never spent any time waiting or without someone to answer questions (however, the store wasn't busy at the time, only about two other families there). She had an in depth knowledge of the products, made some great recommendations (I personally got some of the bar shampoo, and so far I absolutely love it), and was just so kind and personable. The store itself was super cute, smelled wonderful (really made me want to smell everything in the store!) was definitely warm and inviting. As for the products, like I said, I really like the shampoo, I feel like my hair has been a little shinier and easier to manage (it's only been a week, so I'm not expecting a huge change just yet) and it smells fantastic. I don't remember the soap's name, but it was yellow, and has a nice lemon scent to it. My mom got a face mask she's only used once, but definitely noticed it was smoother afterwards. And we also got a bar of the shark fin soap (really clever name and I love the campaign behind it!) for my cousin who loves sharks, and she's been using it regularly and seems to like it. Definitely recommend! Great store here :) read more

The service is impeccable at this store the employees are so friendly and accommodating, I was just in shopping with my two small daughters and one young woman was nice enough to keep my daughters preoccupied with a bath bomb tutorial and letting them play in the water while I grabbed my products, its so nice to feel welcome and relaxed especially while shopping with small children. read more

When I went to Lush over the weekend, I left my wallet at home. I tried to use my Apple Pay, but it wasn't working with the scanner. After trying multiple times, switching registers, and restarting my phone, the cashier (I didn't catch her name) gave it to me for free! read more

Great customer service, went this past weekend with my girlfriend. We were both looking for bath bombs and shampoo/soap products. My girlfriend bought the Bubblegum lip scrub and a shower conditioner. I had two associates help me, first a very friendly girl that seemed genuinely interested in helping me with what I needed. I asked her about face soaps/cleansers and she pointed out the Ocean Salt scrub. I was looking for another option and she brought over another associate and explained I was interested in face cleansers. He pulled two cleansers, a charcoal based scrub and clay based scrub. We went to the sink where he sampled both on my hand. I went with the Angels on Bare Skin clay cleanser as I liked the scent better and it still maintained the scrub-like texture I wanted. Both team members seemed very happy to help and didn't rush me or push me to buy. I happily got the cleanser, a few bath bombs and a solid hand soap. Great experience, and this is coming from someone with a career in customer service so I know a thing or two! Kudos Lush Team! read more
