They were apologetic when they told us nothing like this had ever happened before and they were embarrassed, etc but there was no suggestion or offer of sending another driver or providing a solution. When we texted that we still had not heard from the driver and we tried to call, we were unable to reach anyone for several minutes. So, we were left to deal with the situation on our own. I guess the silver lining was that it was our first service at the airport where there are options abound. Had this been our pick up going back to the airport things could have been MUCH worse. I called and spoke with him and he said not to worry about it because someone from his office would call the week of our scheduled date to discuss the details. Right after the call, I sent him a detailed text advising the hours I would need their service and received no response. The week of our service I received a call from someone in his office. I told her the times we needed the service and she said that was fine. At 3:30 pm the day before we scheduled his service I received a call from the owner during which he told me I would have to pay for an entire eight hours even though I did not need the service for that long and I had been trying to communicate this two and a half weeks prior. The owner argued and argued with me and kept me on the phone for an unnecessary amount of time. I would recommend you choose someone else for your transportation needs. I definitely will.
