So, you can imagine my relief and appreciation when I approached the counter to talk to a smiling, pleasant, welcoming person who informed me I was getting an upgraded (to small SUV) vehicle. He quickly took care of things, handed me my key, and told me the number and location of the parking spot of my vehicle. It was amazingly quick and easy. The vehicle was great and I had a safe trip. I returned the vehicle by parking in a spot near the Enterprise branded booth, a personal and professional man named Noah quickly checked the car, took the key and bid me good day. 10/10!!

We called and scheduled the time for arrival from Brock, 1/2 of the Gold Transportation team for 7pm. Sherry, the second 1/2 of Gold arrived 5 minutes prior to 7pm. The ride was $5 one way so $10 total. Equivalent to the price of parking, it was well worth the ride to not have to worry about the hassle. Sherry gave us her business card and told us exactly where she would be after the show but to call if we could not find her. When we walked towards where she dropped us off, she was walking towards us to be sure we found where she was. She has a great memory because I saw her and Brock do this to other passengers too. I wanted to talk to someone so that I wouldn't have to wait in line again and explain but no- I now have to wait for them to open and then spend over 2 hours of my time traveling back to the airport, stopping for gas to make sure it's right as I picked it up, getting inside the airport, talking to someone at the counter and hoping I can get a clean car, and then driving back to my destination. This is a huge inconvenience and I'm sure that they will offer no reduction or compensation for this. I will not rent from them again ( or Hertz or Thrify or anyone in their group) and I will stick to Enterprise from here on out.
